week 1
[Well, all escape attempts have failed thus far. None of you have seen the Phantom since his brief appearance on Sunday, or heard from him at all. It looks like, for the time being, you’re all going to be stuck here.
You're free to continue exploring your surroundings to your hearts' content. The only real restriction on your movements is that the kitchen is closed between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. Better make sure to grab any midnight snacks you may want ahead of time. Also, remember to label any investigation toplevels!
The Merchandise Booth is now open for business as well! The Phantom hasn't deigned to explain how it works, but...well, some of you will start to find mysterious coins in your rooms, and the Booth's got a place to put coins. You'll figure it out.
Should you wish to engage more with your host, you're welcome to drop letters in the box office slot. There's no set way to converse verbally with him, and he's certainly not guaranteed to respond if you just yell at the walls - but that doesn't necessarily mean he isn't listening. Just something to keep in mind.
Enjoy your first week, everyone.]
Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday | Saturday
(( OOC: This will be the last mod post for this week! Feel free to start submitting regains for any threads that aren't with the Phantom. Remember, song threads mean an extra coin! This is a peace week, so get all that CR while you can! ))

[He sits on the edge of the hole with his legs dangling over the edge.]
Go on ahead. I'll follow you.

[Which... technically, they don't. She knows Angus has been down here, but the Phantom easily could have changed things and messed with it. She makes sure her footing is stable and walks slowly forward, trying to look less nervous than she feels.]

He climbs up here whenever he wants to make an entrance, if my guess is right. If we could set up a trap in that room, we could finally get to speak with him.
no subject
That's what I wanted! I tried to get him to talk with me, but he's so blunt in all his letters...
[Geez, Phantom. Playing hard to get!]
no subject
That's...right.
[He stops in front of a locked trapdoor.]
Here. This is where he probably comes out to speak with us.

[She's trying to tug on it, but obviously, it is not budging at all. This could be because she's tiny, though.]

No matter how hard she tries, Christine cannot break it open like she plans to open the Phantom's heart.
Angus stands there, waiting for any sign of progress, though it's looking less likely with each passing minute.]
no subject
It's locked tight! I can't get in at all... And I bent up my barette...
[Truly a tragedy.]
no subject
You have fought against this lock with all your might. We now know the true extent of its power thanks to your work.

[She sits up.]
So is there anything else down here that I should know about?

[She's actually quite excited about the passageway, though, so she runs over to the ladder, climbing up through it, and then waving her hands in front of herself, trying to feel along the walls.]
no subject
That way, my friend.
no subject
[She will let her guide him, and fortunately, she starts to see light that guides her the rest of the way out.]
no subject
And there you go. Two ways the Phantom can escape.
no subject
[She giggles and steals a plastic crown from the pile of accessories... before remembering that Angus is much taller than her and pouting.]
You know I can't congratulate you if you don't bend down a little.
no subject
A hug won't hurt, right?]

Angus feels for the crown, enjoying the light weight on his head, but soon removes it to admire its appearance. It is rather regal, though made of a flimsy material...but The Hootsman wouldn't have cared, would he?]
Thank you, but...I'm not a king. I couldn't possibly accept this honor even from someone with a heart so true as yours.
no subject
[Come on, Angus. Wear the crown and go flirt.]
no subject
[There aren't many people here around his age.]
