Week Four
[Last week, Gershwin High School Academy University saw its very first intentional murder! What a milestone! And right after Spongebob's No Murder party, too - that doesn't seem like it bodes very well for anybody's future.
You all wake up this morning with yet another new memory returned to you. You'll also find that the school's external doors have now unlocked. Congratulations! You're free! Unfortunately, you also seem to be entirely in the middle of nowhere. So maybe it's more of a symbolic victory.
Still, you should look around and do some investigation! Maybe you'll find a fun surprise.]

Investigation
They have to get out of here. They have to. He can’t let another of these children die (whether they’re legally children or not, it matters little.) Perhaps he might move to tug a blanket up around a couple of them, trying to be as quiet as possible as he makes sure they’re settled and warm enough before he leaves.
The first thing he does is head straight for the Band Room with a rather determined look on his face. Once there, he’s going to investigate every square inch of the place--pulling instruments out from shelves, checking the shelves, opening the cases and looking inside the instruments themselves if he has to. Nothing is safe. He’ll even be turning over chairs and tables to check the underside if need be.
After his investigation, Salieri is going to venture down to the vending machine. His haul is then transferred to the Cafeteria where he takes advantage of the long tables to sort through it all. The lizard is placed delicately in the terrarium and set aside for a certain someone with a small smile. The guitar is given a curious look, and also set aside. The guns and the Death Note both gain a look of distaste, and are placed in the pile with the fish to be disposed of. The wine, on the other hand, along with the pie are pushed to a smaller pile, definitely for safekeeping. He’ll just be here, sorting through things for a bit, don’t mind him. ]
Private for Discord
Well, it’s obvious he won’t be getting any sleep this way. He needs a distraction. The more he’s alone with his thoughts, the worse this is going to get. The biggest obstacle then becomes the fact that most people are rightfully asleep now, and he wouldn’t want to wake them. However...there is one person he thinks he could wake up and convince to come with him, with the proper bribery.
Carefully and quietly, Salieri gets himself to his feet and goes to his trunk, trying to be as silent as possible as he fishes out the chess set and the bottle of wine he got fron the vending machine, tucking them under his arm. From there, he’s tiptoeing out of the room as quietly as he can, especially paying careful attention to closing the door without a sound behind him as he steps into the hallway.

Good timing?]

Discorde? [That was more quiet, to himself, before he going to walk quickly down the hall, stepping around the corner]
Monsieur Discorde. [This time, to get his attention, but not too loudly. It's an atrocious hour, after all, and everyone is asleep]
no subject
Oh, Maestro. [And he huffs a bit, crossing his arms.] My, my, out at this late an hour? Shouldn't you be setting a good example and getting enough sleep?

Just making sure you were warm enough. [whispered quietly, but gently] I didn't mean to wake you; I'm on my way out.

A lotta coins, huh?

For some reason they seem intent on gifting me with the things, and if I keep them all they'll just end up piling up in the drawers. [he sounds annoyed, lmao]
However, I did want to ask--[he turns to gently pull over the terrarium]--I did get another lizard...and something to put them in. I was wondering if you might have an interest?
no subject
[Varia steps closer so he can look at the terrarium, leaning down to peer into the glass.]
That'd be great, actually! I had been thinking about just releasing my little guy, but...hearing about how the forest is fake and stuff, it didn't feel right, you know?

Oh! I think that's mine! [ He looks considerably more excited than he has in days, with the sole exception of the relief of finding Eurydice in the woods after remembering what happened to her, but Salieri wasn't there for that and there was a lot more terrible fear involved in that scenario than there is here. ]
no subject
Oh, is it really? [he'll hold it out to him, then] Your, ah...lyre, I presume?
