Week Three

[Last week, some shit went down! Salieri's scene went off without a hitch, but the good mood didn't last. The first motive was a bit of a doozy, and yet it didn't even have anything to do with the eventual accidental death of Mumble Happyfeet! At least Sissi was already pretty much dating Death anyway, right? She's probably fine, wherever she is.

This week, new menus have been posted in the cafeteria. But, more importantly, it seems that other new information has emerged. Everyone wakes on Sunday with some new memories - or are they old ones? - floating around in their heads. Maybe there was something to your discussions of time travel after all. Maybe there was someting to the Wizard's knowledge of the future.

Regardless, you're still stuck in here. At least there's some new places to explore this week. Maybe you'll find something helpful.]

The only reason I feel that I can is because Angus has seen our uniforms already, and the Wizard had a photo from one of my duels. The secret is already out here, and it is hardly my fault for it.

I appreciate that, Janis. These revues are... very important, after all. I would lament losing the chance to compete, simply because of this Wizard's games.

I, uh... okay, without the context that the subject is a garbage human being, "a months-long campaign to destroy someone's social standing" probably comes off... poorly. But that context is important.

[The Balladeer almost certainly tends to wake up earlier than Discord; he's already been to the showers and is now back with slightly damp hair, folding stuff up to store under his bed. He's got a lot of clothes, courtesy of Elle.]

[The Balladeer's been wandering the new areas, but he wanted to talk to her! He immediately comes over to her table, sitting down across from her.]

I think - are these all books about giraffes? [They aren't, but the one nearest him is.]

Nurse's Office

...Ice cream headache, huh. Those things are the lumping worst.

Choir Room

[The Balladeer is, as he often is, in the band room; there's a distant sound of harmonica playing for .2 seconds before it abruptly cuts off the second the screaming starts.]

Farrah?!

[He half-slides into the choir room, catching himself on the doorframe. Oh, god, he'd half expected to see blood or something - ]

Oh, hey - are you an artist?

[He'll just sit down across the table from her. The Balladeer doesn't know Rina all that well yet - she seems kinda quiet? But that's even more reason to talk to her. They should all be pulling together.]

[The Balladeer's making his way back to his dorm after breakfast when he comes across this. After how quickly Salieri put together their earlier scene - and how confident he must have been in it, to have it performed so quickly - seeing this is...something of a surprise. But then, maybe it's too much to expect that he'd ben on the top of his game, all things considered.]

Are you working on your next scene?

They... Must be something else entirely, considering the fact that you decried tearing someone down over a role in a play.
