[Yesterday, everyone woke up in a strange place and realized that they'd been kidnapped, and also that everyone else around them may or may not be kinnies? Wow, what a weird escalation of kin drama! Given what some people have seen of Spongebob's freaky arm thing, though, maybe it's not that at all?

Your Assistant Director, Hester, showed off her stuff and immediately had her life threatened by Lumpy Space Princess, who got her life threatened right back. Maybe you should keep that in mind if you decide to pay Hester any more visits! She won't be making another public appearance this week, but as promised, she'll be available for visits and consultation in the Principal's Office during business hours.

If you don't want to chat with Hester, there's always the school to explore! Some of you might also be receiving mysterious coins next to your bedside this week - those must be useful for something, right? There's lots to do, and you all seem like a group who can make your own fun, so enjoy your first week of school!]

[Though, from the way he's examining the rest of the breakfast spread somewhat cautiously, you might be able to say that for an awful lot of things.]

You haven't? Are you allergic or something?

[He has not caught on to how weirdly B's acting around the food so that's his best guess.]

No, just never had the chance.

[He's gonnnnnnaaaaaa...take a pancake! And maybe some coffee? People drink coffee!]

I mean, there's not a scene in my show where I sit down and eat anything, you know?

Aaaah a method actor, gotcha!

[A little weird that he's keeping it up in this situation, but who is he to judge?]

Buuut since you've never had eggs, how does a sampler sound?

[This is a very dangerous questions here, B. Are you ready for the challenge?]

[He's got a decent sense of caution around some things, but this isn't one of them!]

I appreciate it - never had anyone really cook for me before.

Aww don't think anything of it! Everyone deserves to have food made for them once!

[And Spongebob just... starts cooking every type of standard egg. Sunny Side, Over easy/medium/hard, a fried egg, scrambled, an omelette, a poached egg, even some boiled eggs in there.

Once he's finally done he gives The Balladeer the most terrifyingly grand spread of eggs possible.]

Order up!

[Do you regret now?]

You think so?

[It doesn't bother him, really. Not everyone's...part of everyone.

But let's not worry about that! Let's worry about the absurd amount of eggs being dumped on him! He raises his eyebrows as Spongebob starts to serve, clearly now beginning to realize the magnitude of his error.]

Uh - wow, thanks! You didn't have to do...all of that. [He'll just...god, he'll just pick one? The Balladeer pulls the nearest plate, which happens to be the sunny-side one, closer and takes a bite.] Oh, this is good!

Of course! Everyone deserves kindness!

[Well too bad because you're a part of Spongebob's everyone.]

I'm go happy oyu like that! And just wait until you see the other things you can do with eggs!

[Then something pops into his mind.]

Wait if you never had eggs

Does that mean you never had cake?

[The possibility horrifies him.]

[Oh god that was in boldtext, is it really that serious]

No. Never really came up.

[Spongebob gasps, and grabs the Balladeer's hands with a grave look.]

We have to make you one right now.

[That is not a request.]

[The Balladeer seems visibly sort of taken aback at having his hands grabbed. Has anyone ever done that before without actively meaning him harm?]

...an entire cake? You really don't have to do that.

Aww c'mon! The only way you can make a cake is to make a full cake! Besides it'll be fun; you can help me!

[He gives B the most excited look. Please say yes you don't wanna say no to him.]

Oh! Well - okay, sure!

[Helping makes it different; helping means that it's not just...sitting there while someone gives him more than he can really process at once. He's just learning how to be helpful! Hasn't he always wanted that?]

Where do we start?

[Spongebob grabs a pen an paper and begins jotting down a recipe.]

Weeell you're in luck because I have a good easy cake recipe we could use! Really baking cake isn't hard you just gotta make sure you know what you're doing.

[He hands Balladeer the recipe, and begins to grab ingredients, all the while he starts to sing a song.]

It's a piece of cake to bake a pretty cake
If the way is hazy
You gotta do your cooking by the book
You know you can't be lazy
Never use a messy recipe
The cake could end up crazy
If you do the cooking by the book
Then you have a cake!

We gotta have it made
You know that I love cake
Finally it's time to make a cake!

[He hands the Balladeer a couple of eggs and a bowl, and motions for him to crack one of the egg against the bowl.]

[He does so! It's not exactly the most graceful egg-cracking ever, but it's not like he's actually a little kid or something; he does get it in there without any bits of shell.]

Making food is not a problem
And it's easier with friends
Sugar, eggs, flour - we got 'em
We just put them in and blend?
