week 1
[Well, all escape attempts have failed thus far. None of you have seen the Phantom since his brief appearance on Sunday, or heard from him at all. It looks like, for the time being, you’re all going to be stuck here.
You're free to continue exploring your surroundings to your hearts' content. The only real restriction on your movements is that the kitchen is closed between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. Better make sure to grab any midnight snacks you may want ahead of time. Also, remember to label any investigation toplevels!
The Merchandise Booth is now open for business as well! The Phantom hasn't deigned to explain how it works, but...well, some of you will start to find mysterious coins in your rooms, and the Booth's got a place to put coins. You'll figure it out.
Should you wish to engage more with your host, you're welcome to drop letters in the box office slot. There's no set way to converse verbally with him, and he's certainly not guaranteed to respond if you just yell at the walls - but that doesn't necessarily mean he isn't listening. Just something to keep in mind.
Enjoy your first week, everyone.]
Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday | Saturday
(( OOC: This will be the last mod post for this week! Feel free to start submitting regains for any threads that aren't with the Phantom. Remember, song threads mean an extra coin! This is a peace week, so get all that CR while you can! ))

[Not that Jeremy would know about that!]
Plus that age gap is definitely a little gross.
I don't know! Everything has been so crazy, I guess I just. Wanted to give him a chance to prove he could be better and explain himself.
[A soft giggle.]
But I have been a Phan since I was 10, I'm probably just biased.

[Is this what I thought the first song I did would be? No. But this is what's happening now.]
The Phantom is a pest
Stay away from him, girl
It's a scary world out there
Please, I'm so stressed
One way or another
Something will go wrong, I swear
Ruffians, thugs
Poisoned coffee, stab wounds
Broken necks and knives
The plague!
[Jeremy's like that drawing of Stitch's badness levels right now, but it's his stress levels. Don't! Date! The! Phantom!]

[Christine's first instinct is to insist that Jeremy is wrong, but she did just give a speech about the Phantom's mysogyny... so she sighs a:]
Yeah...
Also large swords
Falling chandeliers
And oh! No more! You'll just upset me!
...But Phantom's a dear
Phantom could protect us!
Jerry, here's what I suggest!
Tap that mirror
Just speak clearer
Phantom knows...
The way out!
[What, you thought she was going to actually rhyme?]
Come on, Jeremy, he's a little ornery, sure, but he's human. If we just talk to him and explain what we're worried about... At least he could tell us why he wanted us in this play!

[His voice cracks at the end of that, because being a teenage boy going through puberty at a 11/10 stress level 25/8 just be like that.]
The Phantom is, like, super not a good guy! He's not even a neutral guy! Kidnapping is absolutely an evil action and he's, like. Lawful evil at best!
no subject
[It's not. She refuses to even entertain the idea.]
There's some explanation for this. Maybe he's not a good guy, but he can't be completely merciless! There has to be a way to reason with him! There has to!
[Because if there isn't another explanation, and if he truly has kidnapped him... then that means the rules on the wall are true too, and then that means...
She looks very pale.]
no subject
I mean - he did say we're supposed to write him letters. Maybe, uh. Maybe if we all become his penpal he'll like. Darth Vader it?
[He sounds super unsure about that but. It's the best he's got.]
no subject
[Her excited rambling isn't nearly as cute when she's rambling with distress. She continues on like that for a minute, but even she gets exhausted, slumping across the table with her arms folded.]
no subject
It's not impersonal, it's just. Just different, that's all. You know, because um.
[There's only one thing to do: sing.]
A letter.
Handwritten letters
to show you're thinking of him,
which shows you care!
Sometimes when someone
won't appear to you,
you write them a letter
to give them a clue.
no subject
But I don't have my pens. My gel pens! It's just going to be boring old black ink on boring old paper!
no subject
[He's not really, like. An arty guy? But he's trying. For Christine.]
Or do one of those fancy, the. The, the. [He just draws a t in the air.] Like on Spongebob. The fancy letter.
no subject
[Christine, how did you know that?]
I could do that! Jeremy, that's such a good idea! [A good enough idea that she is starting to get her cheer back! She laughs a little harder, and then rests her head back in her chin, her smile softer.]
Jeremy... thank you.
no subject
You're, um. You're welcome. [He smiles and it only looks kind of forced.] It's - you're so, um. Creative? And stuff? So you, um. I believe in you.
no subject
[Her grin isn't nearly as forced.]
Geez, Jeremy. I thought you were supposed to talk about your problems! Not trick me into talking about mine. Come on, tell me why you couldn't sleep.
