WEEK 1

[With the introduction of their showrunner and a brief run through of what they're in for in their time in the Opera House out of the way, the performers are free to explore the first floor of the opera house at their leisure then and for the rest of the week that lies ahead. The double doors leading to the kitchen will be unlocked at 7 am and locked at 10 pm for intermission. Performers are free to prepare meals for themselves and others at any time outside of intermission.

The Merchandise Booth will also be open for business after the first day as some of the performers may find envelopes with their names on it taped to their doors in the morning.

If performers wish to have private conversations with their showrunner, The Balladeer, just step up to the box office and see if he's in.

Ah, Inspector Javert. [ he can't say he's super happy to see him, given the fact that Anna forgot the entire reason Hans asked for Javert's help in the first place. ]

[for once, The Law reserves judgement. primarily because having also met valjean, inconsistencies seems to be the name of the game.]

Though I couldn't begin to imagine how, I think that may be a product of being in this place.

Yes, I agree. Though the Balladeer said perhaps it was for... "dramatic effect" or something along those lines, which is ridiculous.

[ Hans scoffs. The Balladeer can suck it. ]

Oh, ah... Yes, that did happen. Accidentally, I might add. [ He can see how it would be weird out of context. No worries, he has a plan! ] We had a bit of a tumble when we first met, though thankfully I was the only one who ended up taking a dive in the fjord.

[he shares a similar opinion of the balladeer, and of this whole place. but it seems as logical as telling people to kill each other.]

Young love. [he muses. anna and hans will figure this shit out somehow.] You have my sympathy that she does not remember.

Thank you, sir. I hope we can figure this out... [ He sighs, still forlorn about it, but with some conviction in his gaze. ] Anna is a free spirit. I intend to win her back as best as I can.

[ Javert prolly does not care but this is Hans goal #1 right now, ok. ]

Do you really think it is magic at work here?

It's hard to say... I know there are those who believed in magic back home. I can't think of anything else that could explain how most of us come from such strange or different places. Nor how they could effect someone's memories.

Such things are only the stuff of fairy tales where I'm from.

I've known some fairy tales to be true, back home. Princess Rapunzel and her golden hair made quite a splash when her story came to light.

[ Yes, that's a thing. ]

These things should cease to be surprising at some point.

Yes, I've even heard rumors of magic in Arendelle. It's not all that surprising, nowadays.

Perhaps wherever you were from.

That is true. I don't know that this place follows the same rules... but I wouldn't discount the possibility of magic.

It would explain quite a lot.

Hopefully there's a way to stop it, if that's the case. Most spells can be undone.
