WEEK 1

[With the introduction of their showrunner and a brief run through of what they're in for in their time in the Opera House out of the way, the performers are free to explore the first floor of the opera house at their leisure then and for the rest of the week that lies ahead. The double doors leading to the kitchen will be unlocked at 7 am and locked at 10 pm for intermission. Performers are free to prepare meals for themselves and others at any time outside of intermission.

The Merchandise Booth will also be open for business after the first day as some of the performers may find envelopes with their names on it taped to their doors in the morning.

If performers wish to have private conversations with their showrunner, The Balladeer, just step up to the box office and see if he's in.

So many people, from different times...access to the door of time is the only way that's even possible, that I'm aware of.

Still, where I'm from, I've never even heard of anyone who has actually went to Hell.

That...sounds amazing. I've never been. To New York.

It's not so great. I mean, I know there are some great parts of New York, but I've never been to them.

When you live in New York, I guess you don't really think about going to the places a lot of tourists go to?

[Also the money issue, but he hasn't thought much about going to any of the touristy places.]

...If you could go, would you? Do you hear about the places tourists go?

[Seymour looks thoughtful.]

Maybe, I've heard about some of the nice places here. Although most of the times I wish I could just leave Skid- New York and never come back.

...You...don't like living there?

No one who lives downtown does. It's... not really a great place to live.

So...everything good is uptown?
