WEEK 1

[With the introduction of their showrunner and a brief run through of what they're in for in their time in the Opera House out of the way, the performers are free to explore the first floor of the opera house at their leisure then and for the rest of the week that lies ahead. The double doors leading to the kitchen will be unlocked at 7 am and locked at 10 pm for intermission. Performers are free to prepare meals for themselves and others at any time outside of intermission.

The Merchandise Booth will also be open for business after the first day as some of the performers may find envelopes with their names on it taped to their doors in the morning.

If performers wish to have private conversations with their showrunner, The Balladeer, just step up to the box office and see if he's in.

[sigh] I guess you wouldn't be instantly good at it... Are there any books around here to learn it? They should at least have instructions.

I haven't found a book yet. Just instruments.

....Well, he did make a deal with the people responsible...but he's still new. That's what he said.

Do you think that means they have something he wants? Like it's blackmail?

[She thinks back to the conversation, pacing a little as she does.]

"Management helped me out...let me stay here with everyone"...could that be blackmail?

Maybe... Ohhh, this is too hard! Why do we have to solve this stuff instead of just go home?

[sigh] There's no reason for any of this.

We're not actors, even if the program says we are. It can't really be because of that. That's just obvious.

.......maybe the management...likes being random? If they kidnap different people in different...places...its not as obvious.

Even if it's just about being random, that still doesn't make sense.
