Is it... normal to come to that sort of realization very suddenly?

[She hadn't really given much thought to the idea of a partner. As the next in line for the throne, Elsa knew from a young age that she'd eventually have to marry a man and have children to continue her family line. But ever since waking up in this place, and growing closer to Cass, she's felt... different.

The memories of that night in the forest, of feeling her heart flutter in such a pleasing way when she'd spoken to Honeymaren and seen the awe on her face as she showed the Northuldran warrior her magic... that was just one more moment that helped her open her eyes.]

[Elsa is blushing as bright as a tomato, but she's not... scared to talk about this. Everyone here has been so open about who and how they love; she knows they'll be accepting, and that makes this much easier. It's just... a lot. She's never talked so bluntly about such a personal subject.]

I'm still very new to the idea of being... attracted to others. [She is very, very pointedly not looking at Cass right now.] But the only times I've felt such things were when I was around other women.

Aw, hell yeah. Well, whether you only like girls or decide you like both, welcome to the whole being gay thing. [ A beat. ] Or whatever label you choose, that just felt better to say for some reason.

[Elsa lets out a shaky laugh; not... scared shaky, or even too nervous shaky. It's the sort of shakiness in your voice or your limbs that comes after that adrenaline high of doing something thrilling.]

I feel much more at ease already, with you having my back. [Not that she thought Janis wouldn't, but. Y'know. It's nice to hear it.] I doubt many people in Arendelle would have a problem either, given that we've protected the equality of such people and relationships for some time now, but... I'll be sure to send anyone who disagrees your way for a talking-to.

Elsa absolutely glances at Cass as she's talking, but she makes sure that Cass isn't looking at her when she does. The moment it might look like Cass even MIGHT turn towards her, Elsa's gaze snaps in the opposite direction.]

[That moment comes because Cassandra has to look back at Elsa eventually, and catches the slightest turn away from her.
