Week Five

[Last week, you had your very first minor body pileup! Granted, the Balladeer's death was entirely unrelated to anything, but at least he died as he lived - getting completely fucked up in some kind of carnival-themed hellscape. Only two days later, another terrible accident took Rina and Varian both from you. It's just been one of those weeks, huh? At least you got to add both of their corpses to your weird growing collection!

Again, you'll wake up this morning with another new snippet of memory. You'll also find that the stairs in the lobby are no longer blocked. You can only access one part of the second floor, but it seems like there's some neat stuff up there!

Outside, a few things seem to have changed. For one, the weather has turned - it'll be overcast this week, with periodic rain and even scattered thunderstorms. For another, the bushes around that rock out by the football field have bloomed. That's nice.

[He blinks a little bit at all... this. Oh, buddy, you are so not put together right now.]

[he is the LEAST put together and feeling GREAT about it. He does chuckle a bit at that, at the same time his nose wrinkles]

[at that, he snorts, shaking his head]

No, no, my taste is terrible. Just awful. [he's smirking a little lopsidedly, though it's softening into something more affectionate]

I'll definitely give you those others, don't get me wrong, but--

I'm not. [he says, very certain of himself, and he tilts his head to look up at Discord from where it rests, frowning a little in confusion]

What mistake could I be making?

Very many, all the time, I imagine. But this, definitely.

["Us", he doesn't say.]

[okay...what? Salieri shifts, moving so he's standing in front of Discord instead, looking up at him, expression gone concerned a bit serious, though he's still a bit out of it.]

You mean...with you?

[...maybe just going to reach over and gently

push him down.]

[As soon as Discord hits the pillows on the floor, Salieri's shifting, rolling over so he can pretty much put his upper body on Discord's chest, propped up on his forearms and frowning down at him again. His hair's mostly fallen out of its ribbon at this point, the strands hanging around his face]

[He huffs, very much pinned and... oh. Salieri sure is just... right over him. help.]

Discord. [Salieri huffs, but then tries to blow some hair out of his face, but no, focus Salieri]

Discord, answer me. [he shifts his hand a bit, poking him in the chest, almost pouting a bit]
