Week Three

[Last week, some shit went down! Salieri's scene went off without a hitch, but the good mood didn't last. The first motive was a bit of a doozy, and yet it didn't even have anything to do with the eventual accidental death of Mumble Happyfeet! At least Sissi was already pretty much dating Death anyway, right? She's probably fine, wherever she is.

This week, new menus have been posted in the cafeteria. But, more importantly, it seems that other new information has emerged. Everyone wakes on Sunday with some new memories - or are they old ones? - floating around in their heads. Maybe there was something to your discussions of time travel after all. Maybe there was someting to the Wizard's knowledge of the future.

Regardless, you're still stuck in here. At least there's some new places to explore this week. Maybe you'll find something helpful.]

[Well, with each food item Connor lists, Ruddiger will either nod or shake his head as to whether or not he'll eat it. Carrots get a no- he'd eat them if he had to, but they're not his favorite- but chicken and/or berries? Very much a yes. He actually doesn't get meat all that often, so that would be a particularly large treat for him.

Just don't mind him trotting behind your ankles like an expectant cat, Connor.]

Okay, no carrots. We'll do like a... berry salad with grilled chicken, then. [A beat.] Varian can have a hoagie.

[One of these things is not like the other, but also he assumes Varian's working or something, so the food has to be holdable and not very messy. There's probably parchment paper or something he can wrap the sandwich in so the food itself doesn't get greasy or whatever. He's not sure what Varian's doing today, actually.

In the kitchen, Connor pulls one of the stools that's in there over and points.]

You sit there while I'm cooking.

[Then, he busies himself grabbing ingredients and setting a pan to heat while he grabs a chicken breast from the fridge.]

[Ruddiger complies, though Connor is going to get to listen to a lot of creaking and squeaking as Ruddiger struggles up onto the stool. Has he...gained weight since he showed up week one? It looks like he may have, which is a fucking miracle feat given how big he already was.

It's probably a really good thing that Connor is like...feeding him healthy food, here.]
