Week Three

[Last week, some shit went down! Salieri's scene went off without a hitch, but the good mood didn't last. The first motive was a bit of a doozy, and yet it didn't even have anything to do with the eventual accidental death of Mumble Happyfeet! At least Sissi was already pretty much dating Death anyway, right? She's probably fine, wherever she is.

This week, new menus have been posted in the cafeteria. But, more importantly, it seems that other new information has emerged. Everyone wakes on Sunday with some new memories - or are they old ones? - floating around in their heads. Maybe there was something to your discussions of time travel after all. Maybe there was someting to the Wizard's knowledge of the future.

Regardless, you're still stuck in here. At least there's some new places to explore this week. Maybe you'll find something helpful.]

[Spongebob wakes up with a good amount of determination. Everyone is sad from the motive but since his was old information he is feeling pretty good all things considered! So what better way to improve the mood than with a party!

Around the school early this morning, it will be absolutely covered in fliers, including one slipped under the Principal Office's door.]

Spongebob Squarepants's No Murder Party!

Have some fun with your friends to rub it in that jerk Wizard's face! It'll be a night of fun and games and absolutely no murder whatsoever!

[For the rest of the day you can see Spongebob bouncing between the kitchen and the scene room, making a frankly horrifying amount of snacks and decorations for the party. He almost looks uncharacteristically determined if he weren't also humming to himself with every task he did.]

[Angus has his princely garb today, and he just wants to make a sandwich, but Spongebob threatens to bowl him over every time he approaches the fridge.]

Pardon me, Spongebob. [He slides in front of the fridge and pulls out a few sandwich ingredients.] Do you need help with all this you're making? It seems that you might tire yourself out.

[Spongebob cheerfully waves at Angus.]

Nice outfit, Angus! I don't tire easily but I always love friends lending a hand! Besides I think it would be fun to make dishes from all our different worlds.

I don't know how to cook much, but I can make potato soup and sandwiches. [He's learning about vegetables. He doesn't know enough recipes.] I can help with the preparation of your meals.

Potato soup sounds great! And I don't mind giving you some pointers if you're stuck with anything. That's what friends are for, after all!

[He gives him a playful little nudge.]

[Angus nudges him back.]

If it's a party, it is sure to help with morale. [In general. With the motive.] But it almost seems like you have enough food for all nineteen of us.

Well I thought it was the least I could do! Besides it can never hurt to have leftovers! It gives me easy breakfast ideas for Friday if we do!

[He laughs. Truly this Friday will be smooth sailing.]

[It's okay, there will still be enough leftovers for 17 people.]

Alright. What's left that you had planned? We'll start there and then work on the soup.

Well I do need to make frosting for the sleepover; some help with that would be great!

[mcfife]

Yeaaah! [He throws a fist into the air.]




How does one make frosting?

[He laughs.]

It's really easy! You just mix powdered sugar in with a little milk and vanilla and you got yourself a nice frosting!

[Spongebob looks taken aback at that.]

No! He's a jerk but I want this party to have as little murder in it as possible! Even pretend.

That's fair. Charades might be fun, with this crowd. [He thinks for a moment.] Dictionary? Never have I ever?

[Salieri is on his way from the Band Room towards the kitchen, intent on a cup of tea--when he spots one of those fliers. He pauses to lean in to read it, before an expression that is slightly bemused but mostly fond comes over his face for a moment. Of course. How very like him.

Which is, of course, when he spots Spongebob on one of his journeys from the Scene Shop and, lifting a hand to get his attention, calls out]

Ah, Monsieur Spongebob! A word, if you have a moment?

[Spongebob waves back when he sees Salieri, obviously happy to see him.]

Mornin’ Mr. Salieri! I have a lot of moments!

[So yeah he’s available to talk.]

[Excellent--Salieri will move to catch up with him, then.]

I know you are busy setting up your party, however, I wanted to ask a favor.

[Oh that gets his full attention.]

Well, you see, I received one of those ukuleles that you showed me from the vending machine the other day. I was wondering if you would be so kind as to show me how to play it?

I've played the violin and other stringed instruments before, however this one reminds me more of a small guitar, and that isntrument I have not had the pleasure of learning yet.

Of course I can! It's actually really easy once you know the basic chords, so I'd be more than happy to show you!

Aww I'm not that busy, but I could show you at the party tomorrow! It'll give me plenty of time to get some songs ready to teach you!
