Week Three
[Last week, some shit went down! Salieri's scene went off without a hitch, but the good mood didn't last. The first motive was a bit of a doozy, and yet it didn't even have anything to do with the eventual accidental death of Mumble Happyfeet! At least Sissi was already pretty much dating Death anyway, right? She's probably fine, wherever she is.
This week, new menus have been posted in the cafeteria. But, more importantly, it seems that other new information has emerged. Everyone wakes on Sunday with some new memories - or are they old ones? - floating around in their heads. Maybe there was something to your discussions of time travel after all. Maybe there was someting to the Wizard's knowledge of the future.
Regardless, you're still stuck in here. At least there's some new places to explore this week. Maybe you'll find something helpful.]
Sunday | Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday
(( Be sure to submit your memory regains and your AC for this week! Hester's office hours and the merch booth also remain available! ))

But. Through song, dance, and combat, we compete to see who has the most shine. Whoever manages to strike the other combatant down first, by knocking their jacket away, will stand alone at position zero.

The most...shine. [ She repeats it softly. ] Does that mean, like...who wants it most?

[Maya there's a difference between stage weapons and real weapons but. You do you.]

The Revues, on the other hand, are entirely improvised. It's not a duel to the death, but it's not without its risks.

[She takes a breath through her nose.]
They have no need for those who lack willpower
They want you to show you are fighting
With your pride on the line

Who...even set these up, Maya?

Unfortunately for Maya, the universal translator is a bitch, and so am I.]
A giraffe. [A beat.] I mean, a giraffe --
A gir- [She's just going to lower her head now.]

A giraffe...

A talking giraffe, to be specific.

[She winces]
When this process began, I was summoned by this giraffe to the dueling stage in my sleep.
[None of this is helping.]

I'm trying really hard here.

A giraffe? Really? A talking giraffe?

[It just gets worse.]

...Okay, this still sounds more believable than anything I've heard from Angus? But, oh, jeez.
[ The more surprised she is, the more the Minnesota comes out. ]

Wait what.]
I... tend not to listen particularly closely when he speaks of his origins. He's nice but...
[Fuckin concept albums man.]
