Week Three

[Last week, some shit went down! Salieri's scene went off without a hitch, but the good mood didn't last. The first motive was a bit of a doozy, and yet it didn't even have anything to do with the eventual accidental death of Mumble Happyfeet! At least Sissi was already pretty much dating Death anyway, right? She's probably fine, wherever she is.

This week, new menus have been posted in the cafeteria. But, more importantly, it seems that other new information has emerged. Everyone wakes on Sunday with some new memories - or are they old ones? - floating around in their heads. Maybe there was something to your discussions of time travel after all. Maybe there was someting to the Wizard's knowledge of the future.

Regardless, you're still stuck in here. At least there's some new places to explore this week. Maybe you'll find something helpful.]

Yep, this is Bruiser! He came out of that weird vending machine earlier. Bruiser, say hi to Angus!

[Bruiser lets out a happy yip.]

Hello, Bruiser. [Angus reaches out to give him a good head pet.] You seem well after having been imprisoned.

[Bruiser pushes up into the scritches, but does not move to stand up from Elle's lap. He's very happy right here.]

I checked him over, he seems like he's fine, so he must have been able to eat something in there.

There are pies and lizards inside the machine...

[How many has Bruiser consumed?]

Aw, did you have treats while you were waiting to surprise me? [Elle coos at Bruiser, who looks very proud of himself.]

That armor looks awesome on you, by the way. [Said to Angus. Obviously. Oh no I just imagined Bruiser in tiny armor help.]

Oh, this? I thought I needed some protection for my upcoming battle with The Wizard. It's not my usual style, but what is a prince without any flair?

You look very handsome. Oh! We should make you a cape to go with it! You seem like the kind of guy who can really pull off a cape.

Can you find something in the costume room? Most have too light for the proper movement when I spin.

We can probably find a heavier fabric and just make one from scratch, maybe double something up?

Oh! I know one of our Delta's who was in the theater department talked about sewing small weights into clothes to make them hang different, we could try that!

Weights! As in...screws?

That would probably work. I know they had special weights made to be sewn in, but I doubt we'll find any around here.

[mcfife]

If we file them, we don't have to worry about them tearing the cloth, do we? [And they have sanders. They have everything.] How long will it take to sew something together?

I hadn't thought of that; good idea!

[Elle grins.]

Once we find the right fabric, no more than an evening. Capes are pretty easy.

It should be silky, with enough width to cover my shoulders. [He holds out his hands, estimating the size of his original cape.]

I'll go pick something out. Having a cape tomorrow would be for the best. I feel so unbalanced without it.
