Week Three

[Last week, some shit went down! Salieri's scene went off without a hitch, but the good mood didn't last. The first motive was a bit of a doozy, and yet it didn't even have anything to do with the eventual accidental death of Mumble Happyfeet! At least Sissi was already pretty much dating Death anyway, right? She's probably fine, wherever she is.

This week, new menus have been posted in the cafeteria. But, more importantly, it seems that other new information has emerged. Everyone wakes on Sunday with some new memories - or are they old ones? - floating around in their heads. Maybe there was something to your discussions of time travel after all. Maybe there was someting to the Wizard's knowledge of the future.

Regardless, you're still stuck in here. At least there's some new places to explore this week. Maybe you'll find something helpful.]

Sunday | Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday

(( Be sure to submit your memory regains and your AC for this week! Hester's office hours and the merch booth also remain available! ))

[ That's a lot to take in and Orpheus only understood some of it! ]

That's... the restaurant where you work, right? I'm sorry about - what he did to your brain? [ how do you hijack someone's brain ] But the Wizard is responsible for two of us dying, and possibly more if he really was hinting at there having been people before us who went through this. I think he might be worse than Plankton.

Hijacked it. He kinda... [He makes vague gestures towards his head.] Implanted this chip into my brain to control it? It was really scary but it's out now.

[A pause.]

Or... I think it's out? I'm... not sure come to think of it.

[It's fine.]

If you're sure! But this still kinda seems like something Plankton would do.

A... chip? That's possible? Controlling someone's mind by putting something in their head?

[ Alright so that's horrifying, Orpheus looks horrified. Nothing else about what was just said matters, he's too distracted by this. ]
employeeoftheyear: (Then I can finally say I've done it)

Yeah, I couldn't even move my body at all. It's a miracle that Plankton get the recipe right then and there.

[Lemme tell you someone controlling your body while you're still fully conscious? Not Fun!

[ just gonna blow right past Spongebob confirming Orpheus's suspicion that all of this was over a literal recipe ]

Are you - are you okay? That sounds terrifying.

[ And then, with dawning horror; ]

Do you think the Wizard could do that to one of us? If he decides that's easier than trying to persuade us to hurt each other normally--
employeeoftheyear: (The Krusty Krab's yours)

[He... certainly doesn't look happy at that question!]

Well The Wizard does seem smart enough that he could make something like that...

[Given his giant face robot thing.]
themuseabandonsyou: (shattered)

[ Orpheus can't think of anything else to say to that, and just slumps back in his chair looking sort of sick. He's not going to sleep well tonight, that's for sure. ]
employeeoftheyear: (It's your lucky day)
