Week Three

[Last week, some shit went down! Salieri's scene went off without a hitch, but the good mood didn't last. The first motive was a bit of a doozy, and yet it didn't even have anything to do with the eventual accidental death of Mumble Happyfeet! At least Sissi was already pretty much dating Death anyway, right? She's probably fine, wherever she is.

This week, new menus have been posted in the cafeteria. But, more importantly, it seems that other new information has emerged. Everyone wakes on Sunday with some new memories - or are they old ones? - floating around in their heads. Maybe there was something to your discussions of time travel after all. Maybe there was someting to the Wizard's knowledge of the future.

Regardless, you're still stuck in here. At least there's some new places to explore this week. Maybe you'll find something helpful.]

That's right. The fight is not over yet.

[He stands up, leaning back against the computer desk.]

Or, well. I guess you could say I'm broken too.

You speak kind words. It is only the truth that living this far is proof of your strength.

Yeah. I.... yeah. [He huffs, an amused noise.] Living sucks, but giving up here just means the Wizard wins, right? And I'm not about to let that happen.

[mcfife]

[They are a small army. Many do not have combat training. But they are still here, and it means the chance to prevail remains. Angus stands, recalling the melody sung by the resistance forces as they stormed the citadel.]

Hell yeah. We're gonna kick the Wizard's fucking ass.

[He holds up his hand for a high five. Don't leave him hanging, Angus.]

[This is Angus McFife XIII - he will put his entire joy into the high five and smack Connor's hand as hard as possible.]

[Connor winces slightly, because that was... a hard high five? But he's still grinning about it.]

Guess I really have to put in the hours with Maya. We practice spar sometimes.

[mcfife]

In that case, we all should spar together. I promised a rematch after last week, and we all could practice our attack on The Wizard.

[yourattention]

Oh, absolutely. [He laughs, just a little.] God, I haven't practiced this much since I thought I was going to actually compete in fencing.

[mcfife]

We can start with finding decent armor and a prop weapon. Do you need more time here?

[yourattention]

Nah. I'm good, actually. Let's go raid the costumes and see what we can find, huh?

[He does turn to save what he was working on before turning the computer off, though.]

[mcfife]

[Angus can't help but check out the drawing. It's someone he doesn't recognize, of course, but the skill is visible.]
