Week Three

[Last week, some shit went down! Salieri's scene went off without a hitch, but the good mood didn't last. The first motive was a bit of a doozy, and yet it didn't even have anything to do with the eventual accidental death of Mumble Happyfeet! At least Sissi was already pretty much dating Death anyway, right? She's probably fine, wherever she is.

This week, new menus have been posted in the cafeteria. But, more importantly, it seems that other new information has emerged. Everyone wakes on Sunday with some new memories - or are they old ones? - floating around in their heads. Maybe there was something to your discussions of time travel after all. Maybe there was someting to the Wizard's knowledge of the future.

Regardless, you're still stuck in here. At least there's some new places to explore this week. Maybe you'll find something helpful.]

I think we could really use something a little weird and gross right now! If you ask me, nothing help out a sad soul quite like a funny cartoon.

[Farrah fluffs the pillows up to share, and settles in with the snacks, grateful. When Spongebob speaks up, she can't help but laugh-- and she smiles, for what may be the first time that day.]

[Spongebob smiles as he settles in. He doesn't quite know what he means by what Farrah's saying, but rest assured if he knew he'd feel truly honored.]

You know I wonder why they didn't let us go here earlier. It's really nice to hang out like this after all!

Well... [Farrah tilts her head over to look at Spongebob, trying to decide what to say. Well. Farrah's never been wise.]

You know how the others are sometimes really confused about some of the things you talk about, but I've always been super chill with it? It's because... I watched some cartoons about you, when I was a kid.

[Oh, thank God-- Farrah was worried that she may have broken him. But with that reaction, she can only belt out:]

If nautical nonsense be something you wish--

[Honestly this is a much better revelation than the "you are no longer a sponge" thing.]

Then drop on the deck and flop like a fish!

[Honestly, it's probably the most enthused and happy Farrah's seemed in a while. When she's done singing, she's laughing, and it takes her a bit to catch her breath.]

Aw, man, that was fun. You're the best.

[He plays the nose flute at the end. Once done, he laughs along with her, in a sense of joy he hadn't felt since before the motive last week.]

Farrah, this is the best news I've ever heard! I can't believe I've been a part of your childhood!

[A pause.]

Was my show good, by the way?

[Don't tell him about post-movie stuff, it'll break him.]

[He plays the fucking nose flute. Her laughter was probably shriek-levels of laughter at that point.]

The best. It always made me laugh. And... [She lowers her voice to a whisper] Way better than The Magic Schoolbus.

[His eyes sparkle in awe.]

Really? This show looks really good!

It's pretty good, but yours is better. It's funnier, and kind of weird, but in a good way. And it never made me feel like I was dumb.

[Spongebob looks appalled at anything making Farrah feel dumb.]

Well that's because you aren't dumb, Farrah! You're really cool and fun to be around!
