[Yesterday, everyone woke up in a strange place and realized that they'd been kidnapped, and also that everyone else around them may or may not be kinnies? Wow, what a weird escalation of kin drama! Given what some people have seen of Spongebob's freaky arm thing, though, maybe it's not that at all?

Your Assistant Director, Hester, showed off her stuff and immediately had her life threatened by Lumpy Space Princess, who got her life threatened right back. Maybe you should keep that in mind if you decide to pay Hester any more visits! She won't be making another public appearance this week, but as promised, she'll be available for visits and consultation in the Principal's Office during business hours.

If you don't want to chat with Hester, there's always the school to explore! Some of you might also be receiving mysterious coins next to your bedside this week - those must be useful for something, right? There's lots to do, and you all seem like a group who can make your own fun, so enjoy your first week of school!]

Oh-ho, right! I would hate to be the maid. Or janitorial staff, I suppose, whatever they have here. I just know they're certainly not paid enough!

[Watch out Cassandra. The vest flying your way has glitter.]

Oh, trust me. Maids are not paid enough for the work they do.

[This time she manages to snatch the vest out of the air, before it whacks her in the face.

Unfortunately, as per rules of chaos and fashion, Cassandra's still covered in a healthy dose of glitter. It somehow makes her uniform look even worse.]

I don't even want to imagine cleaning these outfits. Who would wear them?

The fashionably challenged, the foolish, birds attracted to shiny objects. You know, theatre folk.

[He looks at a jacket with tassels.]

No matter, really, I only need enough to cobble something together.

[Come to think of it, he'd totally love that jacket.]

You and me both. I just need to find something- Ah! [She's been rummaging through a pile for the past thirty seconds, pausing to fold clothes she's setting out, until she finds it.] Here we go.

[It's... a set of purple tights?]

Look, if we're going to be staying here for a while, I'm at least not going to be wearing just a skirt.

[Let her have this. She grumbles loudly.]

It's bad enough that my uniform has to be pink.

Oh, yes, fair enough. [When you're from a cartoon pony dimension you tend to forget about that sort of thing.] The uniforms are pretty lacking. And boring!

The purple's fine, but the rest, eugh.

[Pastal colors just don't mesh well with the persona Cassandra's trying to put out; she's fierce, loyal, dependable. She can do so much more than the average lady-in-waiting! She doesn't have to wear pink!]

Ugh. You're telling me. [She folds the tights, tucking them away under her arm.] I've seen royal guests at galas that wore things like this. I guess it's meant to be... fashionable?

Fashionable is overrated. Just another way to get everyone looking and acting exactly the same way as everyone else.

[He picks up a vest and just turns it inside out.]

I'd rather be dead than be that predictable.

At least when things are predictable, it usually means they're easy.

[This whole situation they've become trapped in was anything but predictable.]
