week 3
[The past weekend has been a difficult one. With Valjean's murder and D-ne's brutal execution the monotony has been broken and it can be said the show is finally and truly underway.
When the performers emerge from their rooms on Monday morning the decor of the opera house has changed. Not drastically but someone was busy during the night with some redecorating. There are cobwebs draped over nearly everything, some of them with tiny plastic spiders stuck in the cotton webbing, and pumpkins of various sizes on the floor and on the tables. Some of the walls have been adorned with cartoon-ish paper skeletons and scarecrows and in the ballroom a poseable plastic skeleton has been posed at the piano looking ready to play. Someone's even set a bowl of candy on the counter of the merch booth.
But that's not all. There's a light coming from the now open doorway in the lobby that had been previously locked for the past two weeks. This new floor is similarly decorated but why not go have a look and explore for yourself?
Despite their losses, the show must go on after all.

[WHERE SHOULD SHE START. At the name "Dracula", she feels a slight throbbing in her head, just for a second. Then---huh? She looks left and right with some confusion, before looking back at Winslow.
Is something hissing?...no. No, that....?]
Yes?

Winslow hesitates before asking.
"You had an episode a week or so back.
I didn't want to ask but considering your mother
are you a demon too?"]

[At least she's...99 percent sure? The 1 percent is wondering why she's...Sailor Astarte.]
I'm not human, either. Its...I'm actually something else entirely.

He scrawls again.
"Should we go through a list of mythical creatures and cross them off?"]

[She frowns.]
................
I'm a goddess. The goddess Astarte. I was brought back to the world to protect the Undead from humans...at least, according to Mother.
[Sailor Astarte.]

A...a goddess?!
He needs moment of recovery.
"No offense but humans need more defense from the undead than vice versa."]

[Say what you will about Lilith, but she sure knows how to spin a story.]

"It sounds terrible?
Why would they try hunting them down if they're close to extinction?"]
