WEEK 3
[The past weekend has been a difficult one. With Valjean's murder and D-ne's brutal execution the monotony has been broken and it can be said the show is finally and truly underway.

When the performers emerge from their rooms on Monday morning the decor of the opera house has changed. Not drastically but someone was busy during the night with some redecorating. There are cobwebs draped over nearly everything, some of them with tiny plastic spiders stuck in the cotton webbing, and pumpkins of various sizes on the floor and on the tables. Some of the walls have been adorned with cartoon-ish paper skeletons and scarecrows and in the ballroom a poseable plastic skeleton has been posed at the piano looking ready to play. Someone's even set a bowl of candy on the counter of the merch booth.

But that's not all. There's a light coming from the now open doorway in the lobby that had been previously locked for the past two weeks. This new floor is similarly decorated but why not go have a look and explore for yourself?

Despite their losses, the show must go on after all.

[She reads over it a few times, and while she doesn't completely understand it, she gets the gist.]

Is that, like, a fixable thing?

We did, Um, fix it. That was what was going to be my wish. But even if it turned out okay, it still hurt a lot of people.

Yikes. Well... At least it turned out slightly okay?

Man. That's hard to wrap my head around.

I get the feeling a lot of things from my home are. Probably half the people in here think I made it all up. But even so, I don't know what people would think of me if they knew about opening Axia.

[robitussin]

...I mean, you know that the best case scenario here is that they all find out, right? That means nobody gets killed.

[rockthistown]

I still say the best case scenario is that we break out first. That's just really hard right now for some reason.

[robitussin]

Yeah. I'm not counting that as a scenario right now, it seems pretty unlikely to me.

[rockthistown]

We can hope! Probably.

[robitussin]

Right, but just hoping doesn't actually affect anything at all.

[rockthistown]

There's a whole other floor. Maybe we can get out with something in there.

[robitussin]

You think they would have left something that could help us escape out in the open?

[rockthistown]

No, but maybe it's hidden under all that garbage.

[robitussin]

What garbage?

[rockthistown]

Did you see the prop room? Realistic heads and ugly fake cows.

[robitussin]

Maybe we could burn them now that we have a fireplace.

[rockthistown]

Maybe, but we might let out gross fumes.

[robitussin]

You're the one who said we might find something there.

[rockthistown]

Maybe without arson? I hope.

[robitussin]

I'm pretty sure safely tossing stuff in a fireplace doesn't count as arson.

[rockthistown]

Does it? I thought that was always what destroying property with fire was.

[robitussin]

I'm pretty sure that given the whole kidnapping and murder situation we've got going on, no jury would convict us for burning some property while trying to escape.
