WEEK 3
[The past weekend has been a difficult one. With Valjean's murder and D-ne's brutal execution the monotony has been broken and it can be said the show is finally and truly underway.

When the performers emerge from their rooms on Monday morning the decor of the opera house has changed. Not drastically but someone was busy during the night with some redecorating. There are cobwebs draped over nearly everything, some of them with tiny plastic spiders stuck in the cotton webbing, and pumpkins of various sizes on the floor and on the tables. Some of the walls have been adorned with cartoon-ish paper skeletons and scarecrows and in the ballroom a poseable plastic skeleton has been posed at the piano looking ready to play. Someone's even set a bowl of candy on the counter of the merch booth.

But that's not all. There's a light coming from the now open doorway in the lobby that had been previously locked for the past two weeks. This new floor is similarly decorated but why not go have a look and explore for yourself?

Despite their losses, the show must go on after all.

I can't say I'm an expert at lockpicking either.

...I guess if we want to try, we'll need more people.

[So they don't run out of hands that can carry hairpins and nail files and the like.]

I guess...there might be other rooms if there's a lobby like this.

Yeah. Probably not a bad idea to explore.

[She decides to go...left! To the west wing.]

[robitussin]

[Natalie follows her, looking around cautiously as she goes.]

So. Any wild guesses as to what's around here?

...More rooms?

[robitussin]

Wow. I never would have thought. What an inspired suggestion.

[solomonjihad]

...I guess.

[Is she ignoring the sarcasm?...Does she even realize its sarcasm? Anyways.

She goes to the right and opens the first door.]

...

Bathroom.

[And closing the door.]

[robitussin]

We're off to a thrilling start, I see.

[solomonjihad]

[And now to the door on the le--]

...............oh.

[She takes a step back once she opens the door, startled.]

[robitussin]

[She stands behind her, concerned.]

What is it? What's wrong?

[solomonjihad]

...

[She moves in, then aside, so Natalie can see.

Its a chapel.

...

The voice has stopped.]

[robitussin]

...Do you not like churches for some reason?

[solomonjihad]

Its not--

[She frowns.]

Its nothing like that. Just...it reminds me of home. A little bit...

[Why is the voice quiet. It literally just. Stopped. Like that.]

[robitussin]

Were you really religious or something?

[solomonjihad]

No.

[Who needs religion when you're a goddess?]

Where I lived, though, was sacred. Very sacred, to a lot of people.

[robitussin]

Yeah? Where did you live?

[solomonjihad]

...In Eden.

[...She's serious]

[robitussin]

...That's not a thing.

[Sorry, Astarte.]

[solomonjihad]

It is.

[Frown.]

I live there. I've lived there for some time. Its not beautiful anymore, but its home.

[robitussin]

Yeah, still not sure I believe you. Sorry.
