Week Five

[Last week, you had your very first minor body pileup! Granted, the Balladeer's death was entirely unrelated to anything, but at least he died as he lived - getting completely fucked up in some kind of carnival-themed hellscape. Only two days later, another terrible accident took Rina and Varian both from you. It's just been one of those weeks, huh? At least you got to add both of their corpses to your weird growing collection!

Again, you'll wake up this morning with another new snippet of memory. You'll also find that the stairs in the lobby are no longer blocked. You can only access one part of the second floor, but it seems like there's some neat stuff up there!

Outside, a few things seem to have changed. For one, the weather has turned - it'll be overcast this week, with periodic rain and even scattered thunderstorms. For another, the bushes around that rock out by the football field have bloomed. That's nice.

[Angus wanders by the dungeons with the cursed writing on the wall and hears - laughing? And that smell?

It's just Peregrine, and after some chatting with Elle, he checks in on them after a few hours, opening up the door a bit when he sees how precariously Peregine's shoe is placed.]

Hey, be careful with this. If you want to keep it open, I'll grab a block of wood, got it?

[Angus swears his vow by pressing a fist over his heart, and with a swish of the red riding hood, he heads off. It doesn't take long for him to find a decent block of wood, jam it between the door and frame, and lets it sit there.]

It sounds like it is quite potent jointweed. How much was in there?

IDK. I’m not really the kind of girl that has to buy her own weed. [She claims her prize, then—- quickly sits down on the floor out here, too.]

Pretty people just show up and get free booze and weed.

That's true, but that is for grown and respected adults my age. You're a bit young to receive tavern hall favors.

He stands up and walks over to the door crack.]

I brought cookies and stayed to chat.

[She tugs lightly on his cape, clearly wanting him to sit next to her.]

Forgot about the second-hand high thing. I feel nice. You're very handsome.
