Week Three

[Last week, some shit went down! Salieri's scene went off without a hitch, but the good mood didn't last. The first motive was a bit of a doozy, and yet it didn't even have anything to do with the eventual accidental death of Mumble Happyfeet! At least Sissi was already pretty much dating Death anyway, right? She's probably fine, wherever she is.

This week, new menus have been posted in the cafeteria. But, more importantly, it seems that other new information has emerged. Everyone wakes on Sunday with some new memories - or are they old ones? - floating around in their heads. Maybe there was something to your discussions of time travel after all. Maybe there was someting to the Wizard's knowledge of the future.

Regardless, you're still stuck in here. At least there's some new places to explore this week. Maybe you'll find something helpful.]

It's going to depend on what kind of explosive I'm able to make, too. Right now I don't have a whole lot to work with, unfortunately. It might end up small just for that reason alone.

I'd make sure to announce when I was going to test it out and where to make absolutely sure nobody could get hurt with it, don't worry.

If it doesn't work, well...I'll go back to trying to get into things with my tools.

[Elsa is... looking rough. Which isn't really surprising, considering all that they've seen over the past few days. But since the trial, Elsa's been trying to keep herself together, for the sake of the others, but it's clear that it's not just what happened on friday that shook her up.

Monday morning in Rodgers Dorm isn't pierced with a scream, exactly, but if any of the early early birds are still lingering as others begin to awaken, they'll see Elsa startle awake with a choked gasp, one hand clutching the front of her shirt so tightly it's almost as if she's about to tear through the fabric. The hand flattens out, like she's trying to feel her chest, her heart, before she takes another deep, shaking breath. She looks down at her hands - still unmarked, but she doesn't look.... happy. It's like there's a shadow cast across her face, and she stares at her hands for a good long time before she even attempts to get out of bed.


Later, she'll make a stop by the vending machine. While most of the things she receives are the typical junk inside, something she pulls out seems to shake her, in a good way; a long maroon shawl, which she immediately wraps around her shoulders. She presses a bit of the draping fabric against her face, breathing deep like she's trying to inhale some familiar scent, and just... stands there for a while. It's clear that this item has a lot of meaning to her.


For the rest of the day, Elsa doesn't take the shawl off. Which is fine, because she doesn't really putter around much. She'll stay curled up in the library, thumbing through a few books but not really reading them.]

[that...actually gets him to grow quiet for a moment, pain flickering at the edges of his expression. He stares at Discord for half a moment before he looks away]

...I would. Of course I would.

However, it is not worth the cost of someone getting hurt. An eventuality, maybe, but there are far smaller steps to take before that.

I don't know if this is particularly important, but I was able to speak with Hester-san about the names of our dorms, and even the school itself.

Gershwin was a composer and painter from the 20th century, based in the United States. Rodgers and Broadhurst were his contemporaries, while Ambassador does indeed refer to the group of people, and Longacre is a location.

Speaking of Hester-san, I... Believe she is just as impacted by the events of this place as we are. I don't know how she came to be in the Wizard's employ but... I suspect she was not informed of every detail that this job would entail.
