[Another week, and two more dead. King Richard and Red are both gone, and once again, it was through nothing more than an accident in the heat of the moment. Maybe if you all stay calm and collected, nothing bad will happen again?

Well, maybe not.

When you wake on Sunday, you'll find that you've recovered another one of those memories - or had another dream, if you still wanna be in denial about it. The grounds remain as they are, but this time, the door blocking the stairwell has been unsealed. You can now venture up to the second floor! This is the second time that's happened; it's almost as if you get more space every time someone dies. Or maybe the whole place just seems quieter.]

I don't know, she wouldn't let me see it! That's weird, right? That's weird! And not normal-Christine weird, like...worrying-weird!

[ She's buzzing like she's just inhaled a bunch of caffeine. It's the adrenaline, probably. ]

[It's certainly weird enough that Mephisto unfolds his legs and pushes to his feet. He reaches down, half gripping Stephen's shoulder, half using it to drag the other man up to his feet. He understands precious little of the implications of these details, but full comprehension wouldn't change much, as far as he's concerned. What he does understand is that Christine is in trouble.]

Where is she? Where are they?

[isawallflower]

[ Riley shrugs, helplessly. ]

She said she was going to go and talk to Jeremy. So- maybe his room, or...or the computer lab, or...

[heathencall]

[It's enough of a lead for him to take. He keeps hold of Stephen as he moves, back toward the doors, aiming for the dressing rooms first. He pauses only for a moment.]

Stay behind us, Riley.

[Riley worries a lot, but Stephen has reason to worry, too. He looks from her to Mephisto, and getting to his feet without hesitation and moving forwards and-

faster. Ahead of them.]

Mephisto- if she manages to do something to the SQUIP- it counts.

[ Riley, trailing behind not because she can't outrun them but because Mephisto told her to: ] What?!

[ Panic mode is full. ]

And you didn't think to mention this sooner?

[Mephisto doesn't exert all of his energy for much.

He's breaking into a sprint for Christine.]

I was getting to it-!

[oh boy we're running now]

[As his steps take him into the lobby, Mephisto pauses for a moment. He turns back to Stephen and jerks his own chin upward.]

You. Upstairs. Now.

[He doesn't wait for a response -- he's tearing toward the dressing rooms.]

[Splitting up, then? Stephen nods in agreement, moving for the stairs, and glancing over his shoulders]

Riley- help me look. Do you have any idea where they could be?

[isawallflower]

I- n-no! [ She's panicking. Don't freak out, don't freak out, don't freak out- ] I already gave my guesses, Jeremy likes- computers, and puzzles, and...stupid memes!

[ she's trying, ]

Where would Christine take him?
