[Another week, and two more dead. King Richard and Red are both gone, and once again, it was through nothing more than an accident in the heat of the moment. Maybe if you all stay calm and collected, nothing bad will happen again?

Well, maybe not.

When you wake on Sunday, you'll find that you've recovered another one of those memories - or had another dream, if you still wanna be in denial about it. The grounds remain as they are, but this time, the door blocking the stairwell has been unsealed. You can now venture up to the second floor! This is the second time that's happened; it's almost as if you get more space every time someone dies. Or maybe the whole place just seems quieter.]

[Christine much prefers actual love musicals herself, but she'll take what she can get. She's tempted to quiet down when she sees Santana sitting nearby, until she hears her joking around too.]

She is really pretty. Probably would look even better if she wasn't in the middle of a 12 hour shoot, performing this song for the 30th time.

[ oh thank god and also probably Mephiso for good measure that Christine isn’t being weird. Santana is incredibly relieved. ]

Ugh, yeah. That’s why movie musicals are, like, usually the worst. Besides, trying to get Russel Crowe to sing? Now that’s a mistake.

[She still is being weird. It's just being contained to musicals right now. Not that she was going to be weird about... Santana's whole deal. Though she is thinking about it...

She desperately, desperately tries to stay on topic.]

Did you know that he actually was in a band for a while? 30 Odd Foot of Grunts. And they're actually pretty good, but it's just that he's not trained for opera and musical theatre.

[Don't ask about it, don't ask about it...]

Hey, um. I have a question? Do you think... it's okay to like girls?

[Nooooooo]

[ At mention of Russel Crowe’s band’s name, Santana scoffs. ]

Sorry, 30 Odd Foot of Grunts is a terrible name. I can’t imagine they’re any good.

[ Then Christine drops that question, and Santana turns beet red. In this moment, she’s incredibly grateful she’s in a dark movie theater. Calm down, Santana. It’s fine. Christine didn’t ask Santana if she likes girls. ]

Yeah. Uh. I guess? Only if they’re hot. And like, most people aren’t cool with it, so like, you should probably keep that stuff to yourself.

[madgiganticfeelings]

[Okay! Well, that's a slightly reassuring answer. Some of it makes Christine a little uncomfortable, but at least she can take solace in the fact that she didn't do anything super wrong.]

Oh... okay. Cool. Um, are you someone who is cool with it? At least with talking about it?

[garbageface]

Yeah, uh. I'm cool with it.

[ When Santana speaks, her voice is softer and more hesitant than her usual brash tone. That admission was enough about her, so she quickly follows up with a question about Christine: ]

Why do you ask? Are you into someone?

[ someone here, perhaps? ]

[Christine looks gently relieved by Santana's words, though her flush on her cheeks darkens when she's asked a question.]

Well, sort of, but she's not into me, so it doesn't really matter.

[garbageface]

Nah, it matters. Sometimes, people are absolute morons, but that just means they're gonna take some convincing. And you've got, like. The raw materials, so.

[ oh man Santana cannot believe she's saying this, if Christine turns around and looks at her she'll probably bolt, but this is the exact kind of thing she wishes someone would have said to her, and Christine doesn't completely suck, so -- ]

Whoever it is, I think you could probably make it work. If you really wanted.

[Christine is small and confused and full of a lot of feelings, and she absolutely doesn't completely suck. So when Santana says that, she just smiles to herself in the dark of the movie theatre.]

That's... really sweet of you to say. I don't know if I should keep trying, I mean... we have a lot of other things to worry about, but I do want to make it clear what I'm feeling.

[garbageface]

Well, lucky for you, we're trapped in a hideously baroque opera house with nothing to do except avoid murder and boredom, so take her out on a date. Wine and dine, that sort of thing. Or, like, make out in the bathroom for a while, same difference.

[ those are all perfectly acceptable date ideas in santana's mind! ]

I... I mean, I guess I could make her dinner. Maybe she'd like that, and then we could talk a little more?

And I guess I could try the same thing with Jeremy... [Gross, there's a boy involved too.]

[garbageface]

Yeah, that could work. Girls like that kind of thing. I dunno why you’d want to try that with Jeremy, though. Pretty sure teenage boys only eat, like, macaroni and cheese and Red Bull. Nasty.

[madgiganticfeelings]

[She giggles softly.]

I mean, he does eat a lot of junk food. But, I don't know, I think he can enjoy other stuff too. I... I don't know. I'm kind of confused. [About... dinner plans?]

[garbageface]

Why? Just wine and dine them both. It’s, like, not even against the law or anything. [ a shrug. ] I’ve done that before, and it’s pretty fun, if you do it right.

[madgiganticfeelings]

But... I mean, usually after that, you have to pick one of them, right?

[garbageface]

I mean, that's also not, like, the law. If you like both of them, and they're both cool with it, there's no real point in dumping them. Like, even if they're not cool with it, you might be able to make it work? But that also doesn't seem like your style.

[madgiganticfeelings]

I would want to make sure they were cool with it, before I did anything like that.

You're really knowledgable about all of this. And really cool, too. It's nice to know that some people are here to help when I'm feeling all confused.
