WEEK 6

[Six weeks later, and eleven performers remain.

The opera house is much the same when Monday morning dawns this week. It seems you've truly gone as high as you can go - there is no fifth floor, and no sign of any other new areas. The air has grown colder, like perhaps someone failed to adjust the heating for the winter weather that's supposedly happening just outside. Javert and Astarte's stars are still firmly affixed to their doors; it seems you might have to try a little harder to learn their secrets.

Things seem to be building. Have a good week, everyone.]

THIRD FLOOR PARTY FLOOR

[Suffice it to say, Anna is in a very good mood. No one has died so far, she has a way to talk to her boyfriend and best friend (though she wishes she could speak with Raoul, too), and Hans hasn't killed her Billy yet.

Great.

She's going to be in the bakery, trying her hand at making pies. She has the cooler door propped open since she's flitting back and forth for ingredients. Gosh pies are hard to make.

Later she's in the workshop. It was actually quite fascinating in here. The smell somehow reminds her of home. Cut wood was a lovely smell. Though she does have to sneeze when sawdust gets into her nose.

The game room comes after the workshop. Though she is still sniffling, it's not as bad as before. Just more annoying, and her sleeve is getting damp since she has no tissues. So gross for a princess.

Her mood crashes more towards the evening. She is sitting by the doors, sighing softly. This was all too much like home. The closed doors, not getting out. Whoever comes by can hear a soft song.]

Elsa, I know I'm so scared
Have you been wondering where I've been?
They say "have faith" and I'm trying
I'm stuck in here, why can't they let you in
We used to have each other
It was you and me
What am I going to do?

Why couldn't we build a snowman...

[She misses Elsa and being locked in this floor is getting to her.]

[oh boy, pies. everybody loves pies.

how strange though, that the bakery starts smelling strongly of freshly baked fruit pie while Anna is still busy collecting the ingredients.]

[Anna stops and sniffs the air, very confused now. Uhm... she... wasn't even planning on making apple pie. What the heck.]

TPK?

[Wait. Is he even anywhere near the bakery?]

[No answer.

But the smell of cinnamon and apples gets stronger, filling the bakery with the warm, homey smell.]

[Anna is going to check the ovens though she was pretty sure she hadn't turned them on yet...]

Can't have been Heather. She can't bake.

[stagemanagers]

[The ovens are empty and cool as cucumbers. It doesn't look like they've been used all day actually.

While she's checking the ovens, a slight chill settles on Anna's shoulders.]

[Huh

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She whips around and gets ready to fight because wow that was cold how rude.]

[There's nothing behind her. Anna is alone in the bakery. But the sweet smells persist and after a moment she'll feel the same chill run from the top of her head to down the back of her hair, as if someone were affectionately stroking her hair.]

[sunshineprincess]

[That's enough to make her screech and skitter away.]

W-Who's there? Come out! I will fight you!

[She means it!]

[Silence.]

[sunshineprincess]

[......

She stomps her foot on the ground.]

If you don't want me in here, then knock something over. Like a chair! Or... [She looks around.] If... you do want me here, close the cooler?

[stagemanagers]

[The room is quiet for a moment before slowly, carefully the door to the cooler door closes.]

[sunshineprincess]

[.... THAT IS NOT EXPECTED AND ANNA TENSES UP]

Okay... so you want me here... But what do you want from me?

[stagemanagers]

[Anna, mysterious incidents don't talk. But the general atmosphere in the bakery is certainly non-threatening, even comforting.]

[sunshineprincess]

[STOP BEING SO RUDE]

Heh... I'm just gonna bake a pie, okay? Please don't try and hurt me while I do?

[stagemanagers]

[Again, no answer. Just delicious smells.]

[sunshineprincess]

[.... this inspires her.]

I know what kind I'll make! Cherry and apple! Natalie would love that. I hope.

[Time to make a pie and make the bakery smell twice as delicious!]
