[Six weeks later, and eleven performers remain.

The opera house is much the same when Monday morning dawns this week. It seems you've truly gone as high as you can go - there is no fifth floor, and no sign of any other new areas. The air has grown colder, like perhaps someone failed to adjust the heating for the winter weather that's supposedly happening just outside. Javert and Astarte's stars are still firmly affixed to their doors; it seems you might have to try a little harder to learn their secrets.

Er...yes. An incredibly grotesque looking man, at that, and I haven't a clue as to why, especially if...[He looks sad suddenly, pensive.] Especially if she had been sincere upon the roof.

If she seemed like she loved you, it feels weird that she would want to kiss a murderer ... Maybe she didn't have a choice to kiss him?

I fail to see how kissing him would help the situation. Though...it would be nice if I had the memories to actually do that.

No I mean... maybe she was forced into a relationship with him? Or... or she thought she was undeserving of anyone better than him.

[He lets out a soft breath, almost incredulous.]

Christine? No...even if she were to believe it, I know I could show her the truth. She is wonderful...bright, talented, a shining star upon the stage even when she does not speak. Why, if I had the chance, I could show her that easily!

Sometimes people have a hard time believing something like that even if you swear on your life. I guess what's important is to defend her no matter what, if you still have the chance.
