WEEK 4
[Another week has passed in the opera house and things are looking grim as ever. With Gabe and Hime gone, the performers are down to 16 of them.

On Monday, the opera house is still heavily decorated with a few new additions. There are more cottony cobwebs, a few small ghosts hanging from the ceiling made of cheesecloth, even more pumpkins here and there. A few more candy bowls have been set out in places like the dining room and a few others and only a few of them are only filled with candy corn. In the dressing rooms the stars on Gabe and Hime's doors have fallen off, leaving behind a patch of star-shaped wood slightly lighter than the rest of the doors on Hime's and a different star underneath on Gabe's.

Like the previous week, the door on in the second floor lobby is unlocked and a new floor is ready to be explored. Have a good week, everyone.]

They don't look very practical. I do like how tall they are, but the heel... and the color...

[He's wearing really tall boots as it is, so naturally he likes thigh-highs. I'm so sorry, Raoul you do not deserve this.]

Very well, then! I'll test them out!

[It takes him a little while to figure out how to lace them up properly (since his boots are lace-free) but eventually he's got the bright, glittery kinky boots on and that was a sentence I never wanted to type.]

They do indeed fit! How lucky! They're not all that bad, though the color could certainly stand to be a little less... bright. And glittery. I wonder if I'll shed glitter wherever I walk...

[Speaking of walking, he's actually doing pretty well on those heels? Yikes.]

Perhaps there might be something that can...remove the glitter somewhere? Perhaps in one of the new rooms?

It's certainly possible! I'll take a look around! These are surprisingly well-made boots, despite the glitter. I certainly appreciate it, Raoul!

Indeed! I hadn't realized that machine had useful items in it! I have gotten a few things, but some of them...

[...One of them belonged to D-ne. He doesn't really want to think about that and for a moment the usual cheer fades from his voice and demeanor.]

...Well, they have not been particularly useful!

[But then he forces it again and soon he's smiling brightly as usual.]

It is good to know that there are more interesting things in there! I shall have to see if I can get more of those coins! Somehow!

[Raoul doesn't know that a thing or two he's put under lock and key because THAT'S FUCKING DANGEROUS belongs to someone else, but. Well. We shall see if he ever finds out.]

There must be some sort of method to how they distribute them. It confuses me, though.

[I mean are they playing favorites?]

I'm certain that is the point! It is just another thing to keep us guessing.

[But hey, at least we've got more stuff to do now! It's not like we're ever going to be so bored we have to rely on merchandise booth stuff to entertain ourselves, riiiight...]

[Hopefully they won't, I mean, there's fun new rooms to explore.]

In all honesty, I am getting somewhat tired of simply guessing. I plan to take a look at some of the new rooms later today, to see if there is anything noteworthy about them besides their use.

Aha, a brilliant idea! As I've come to expect from you, of course. If you do find anything of note, you will let us all know, will you not?

[dechagny]

[A pause, as he's thinking.] Actually...there is something I found yesterday in that game room. I - I actually have it with me, hold on...

[He fishes into his suit jacket pocket to pull out the folded note, opening it and presenting it to The Pirate King to examine.] I wish I knew who the writer, recipient, or this mentioned "Barr" person might be, but so far I have not seen a single thing that would give me a clue as to their identities.

[He examines the note carefully, studying it for a long moment before offering it back to Raoul.]

I'm afraid I won't be of much help there. I don't recognize it. It's very odd that it was found here, though... Perhaps one of the others may recognize it?

Or perhaps it was left over from something that took place here before...

["Something" had better not be another murdergame!!]

That's what I thought. But what that something might be, I...am not sure I want to ruminate on it.

That's certainly not something I would want to think too much about either, so I understand! Perhaps you should ask the others if they recognize it?
