week 4
[Another week has passed in the opera house and things are looking grim as ever. With Gabe and Hime gone, the performers are down to 16 of them.
On Monday, the opera house is still heavily decorated with a few new additions. There are more cottony cobwebs, a few small ghosts hanging from the ceiling made of cheesecloth, even more pumpkins here and there. A few more candy bowls have been set out in places like the dining room and a few others and only a few of them are only filled with candy corn. In the dressing rooms the stars on Gabe and Hime's doors have fallen off, leaving behind a patch of star-shaped wood slightly lighter than the rest of the doors on Hime's and a different star underneath on Gabe's.
Like the previous week, the door on in the second floor lobby is unlocked and a new floor is ready to be explored. Have a good week, everyone.]

THURSDAY
Investigation/OTA
Raoul starts his day in the Chapel, taking a moment to pray (for Valjean, for D-ne, for Hime, for Gabe) before investigating the area. He's not a religious man, but even he wants to show some respect for what this room should represent before he takes a look around. Later he's in the Garden investigating, partly because he hasn't been in here yet, and partly because you never know what sort of things you could find anywhere. Hmmm, maybe he should double check the Library and the Tea Room tomorrow...
For a third time Raoul busies himself in the kitchen in the evening. He's working on some new culinary horror, of course, but it's worth noting that the cookbook he's been using to make all these disgusting things is laying open on the counter for anyone to just...pick up and abscond with.
Please. For the sake of everyone in the opera house, be the hero we need. Take the cookbook and burn that shit to embers. Sure, Raoul will be sad, but hey, maybe he'll pick up a more contemporary one instead.]

In the morning she's in the Chapel and she stays there for a good while. It helps, gives her a little peace of mind to pray for the four they've lost and for her Philip. Later in the afternoon she's exploring the dance studio and then the bakery, perusing the cold storage for dough and a few varieties of frozen fruits. Afterwards she can be found in the kitchen with her sleeves rolled up and flour covering her apron, the counter and a bit on her face while she tries her damndest to roll out a still somewhat frozen hunk of pastry dough.
Closer to evening Eliza has cleaned up and settled into the library with some fabric, a few needles and some embroidery thread. She has a project in mind, while it's too big to finish in one night, it's something to keep her mind and her hands occupied for a little while.]

When he comes into the kitchen and sees Eliza, he clears his throat and ducks his head respectfully.] Good afternoon to you, Madame Hamilton. What might you be up to today?

[If she wants to be more honest creating something is the best kind of distraction from her own gloom she can think of.]

Interesting - they do have a fair amount of unusual ingredients! What were you thinking of making? Perhaps I could help.

May as well start with under the bed, right?
In the evening she is making another cake. Just...don't ask what the main ingredient is. You don't want to know. Or maybe you do because its actually kind of delicious.]
Investigation
But it does look like there's an object jammed between the mattress and the bedframe.]

1st floor lobby, media room
In the afternoon, she'll be in the media room digging through things. She has no idea what any of this does but she's going to touch it.]

The helmeted man passes by, gazing at the prizes. Just...what in the world is that green doll? That's the weirdest thing he's ever seen.]
