WEEK 2
[From the day you arrived on the planet, and blinking, stepped into the sun. There's more to see than can ever be seen, and more to do than can ever be done. Yet, still, the whole thing seems...monotonous. Surely there must be some excitement, some showmanship, some sort of plot twist that could keep this show moving onward?

[Jez pokes her head in when she hears the noise - then removes it halfway and readjusts on the second attempt to keep her horns from snagging on something, oops. Nothing looks... destroyed? And there's laughing that's definitely not Murder Laughter?]

[So she finally put her coins to use! After noticing other people's... mixed reactions to their findings from afar. Anyway, in the morning Jez can be found at the vending machine muching on popcorn with a pile of this stuff at her feet. Except for the teddy bear. That she is looking at like it is the cutest thing ever. PEOPLE WHO ARE BOTHERED BY SHARP SMELLS LIKE GUNPOWDER: NOT JEZ.

Later on, she can be found in the music room plucking cautiously at the ukulele she got, clearly having no idea what to do with the dang thing but... determined to make some use out of it! Or in the dining room with a plate of mostly-unburnt eggs that she looks very proud of as she munches away. If the motive bothers her, she shows no significant indication.]

Wow! You really got something cute! ...It sort of smells weird, though.

Because if they were out in the open, most humans wouldn't hesitate to try and kill them!

[sigh] That's good. There's a lot of weird stuff in there.

Yeah. The food is almost the most surprising stuff.

[Gestures at the popcorn and cider.]

People keep getting meat pies. That's just gross, wouldn't they go bad?

[She steps out of the way so Astarte can reach the tea.]

Unless they're... making them back there or something? Maybe they have cows back there or something. Or chickens? I forget what goes into a meat pie.

Yeah. Watching a pile of cards fall down again and again seems really stimulating.

I've gotten things from the Merchandise Booth, but I haven't just woken up and gotten things. Just gone to the booth and handed in coins for them. Maybe the Balladeer just likes you.
