[It's been nearly a week since everyone was brought here, so you know what that means. It's time to share information and discuss strategy!! Or something. Anyway, the Pirate King has gone around and told everyone (yes, even you!!) about the plans for a lunchtime meeting in the dining hall. You don't have to come if you don't want to and the Pirate King will not drag you there, but if you want lunch and you try to sneak by the room, he might notice you and drag you into it.

Once everyone is gathered (or most people, if some of you aren't showing up), he'll stand up and slam a hand down on the table to get everyone's attention.]

Gentlemen! ...And ladies. We have been in this establishment for nearly a week now! It's time we discuss our situation and what we've learned here. From my own explorations, it seems as though escape is impossible. None of the doors or windows will open no matter how much physical force is used! I would like to hear any ideas you all have about escape, but any information or plans in general would be wonderful!

The Balladeer mentioned something about people watching us through these things called cameras.

[Anna points to one of the objects that is clearly not supposed to be part of an opera house.]

We have an audience! [She frowns, shaking her head.] But I don't think they're going to help us. They would have sent someone already.

Maybe they don't know where we are!

There can't be that many opera houses!

[Oh dear child, maybe not in your time.]

We're from all different countries in all different worlds and times! It's no wonder they haven't found us. It'd take forever!

[This whole world and time travelling is still a headache and a half.]

So we might not even be in a world where any of us are actually from?

And that means it could be a really long time even if people are searching for us...

...Do you think the people we know are all watching? [She hopes not. Heather and Heather will never let her live it down. ]

I don't know... I know my sister isn't. We don't have TV's where I'm from. If they are, do you think they'll try and find you?

... No, probably not anymore, I've been totally freaking embarrassing. Being on this kind of show is total social suicide.

You know. Where nobody likes you, and everyone ignores you, because you did something wrong.

Can we even get up there? Some of them are pretty high up.

He could very well be lying. How exactly do these cameras work? They have not been explained to us. It could be a front to keep us at each others' throats, or the means of which his "management" spies on us - I do believe one can construct spyglasses with mirrors and pipes.

He just said people watch us through them. They could be some sort of future spyglasses that let anyone with electricity see us! They have microwaves here so why not electric spyglasses?

But how do the microwaves even work? Can they watch us through those as well? It is all so inherently preposterous to me...

They spin and there's heat? Like a mini heat wave in a box! And I didn't see any cameras on it. [Though maybe there could have been one?]

Hm...compared to that, the stove sounds like a much more comprehensible option.

[And given he has limited experience with that...]

I don't know... a lot? Thousands? Millions? Wait, are there even that many people in the world?

In every room, basically. I don't know about our own rooms or the bathrooms, though.
