week 4, wednesday - time for a meeting!

[Now that two murders have occurred, most everyone is probably eager to prevent another death from occurring. It's a good idea to share information as well, so now, it's time for another group meeting! Earlier in the day, Natalie goes around and lets everyone know that there's going to be another discussion in the dining hall during the afternoon. She won't force anyone to come if they don't want to, but she at least makes sure to inform everyone she can find.

Once everyone is present, she raises her voice, making sure that she's heard.]

Okay, let's get this show on the road. It's been a while since all of us have had a discussion as a group other than during trials, so let's do that again. If there's anything you want to bring up, definitely go for it. We should figure out as much as we can while we're here.

Cool. You decided who you want to go with yet?

[dechagny]

[Shakes head.] I would rather the others pick first.

[robitussin]

...Can I ask why?

[dechagny]

So those who feel the most in need of this "buddy system" can pick someone they are more likely to trust, and I don't pick that person instead.

[The ladies here need to make sure they feel safe with their buddy okay he will protect all of you but not take that choice away from you]

I think we should all feel equally in need of it. You're no more immortal than the rest of us.

[dechagny]

Of course. But if, say, a person were to have a preference and I infringed on that, then it would not be very kindly.

[robitussin]

I mean, if you ask someone and they agree, I don't really see a problem with it? I think you're making a bigger deal of it than it needs to be.

[dechagny]

Ah, perhaps I am. I simply want everyone to feel comfortable with their choice.

[And if nobody ponies up to partner with Hook, I mean, he'll take one for the team.]

[robitussin]

Well. If you did have top pick, who would you choose?

[dechagny]

[...Huh. Um. Hmm. Good question.]

I suppose...Miss Astarte?

[robitussin]

Interesting.

[She tilts her head slightly.]

Can I ask why?

[dechagny]

She would not be bothered by my questions about more future-related topics.

[Which would make up like 50% of a conversation with Raoul.]

...Is she really the only one?

[dechagny]

So far, she has shown incredible patience.

[While you are snarky and make fun of him, but he's still cool with you Natalie.]

Seymour seems like he would be willing to explain stuff to you.

And he would! But, perhaps I might not be the best match for him. [A shrug.]
