I drink it on occasion, though I'm not sure how similar the teas I'm familiar with are to what's here.

[She comes over to the cupboard]

What are you looking for?

Um. It's. See, I can't drink coffee? Anymore? Because it's bad for, uh. The anxiety. And Stephen - the tall one - said I should. Try tea! But I don't, uh. Caffeine is the problem so.

[He doesn't want to drink tea to try and dial back his anxiety only to make it worse. Because knowing him, if he just blindly tries to make tea? He'll just make his anxiety worse.]

So we're looking for something herbal then.

[Sigyn rifles through the boxes and pulls one out in a cheerful yellow box]

I always enjoyed peppermint myself, but chamomile is suppose to be soothing.

Oh! That's, um. [Good, he was half on the right track.] Do I have to do anything, like, special? I've never, uh. Made tea before.

Boil some water then pour it in a mug, put the bag in for about 5 minutes before you drink.

[She reaches into the cupboard and pulls out some honey]

Maybe throw an ice cube in after steeping so it doesn't burn your mouth.

[See he was 100% going to stick the mug in the microwave that's probably here so honestly? That's why he asked. He can boil water, though. He knows how to do that.

....... Is he doing it in a sauce pan? Yeah, of course. How else would you boil water?]

Reminds me of my mom. She, uh. She'd put ice cubes in the matzah ball soup so I didn't burn myself.

[As if answering the unspoken question Sigyn is already pulling out a saucepan]

My mum would do the same with tea. Apparently mothers are the same no matter what world you're in.

[He takes the saucepan ans starts filling it with water. There's probably a kettle here. They're not gonna use it.]

That's nice to know. They, um. They say you're always looking at the same sky, but I like that. That it's true for other worlds entirely too.

[Sigyn stops for a moment, after a beat a gentle smile crosses her face.]

Yeah, you're right. I guess sometimes it's easy to overlook what we all have in common.

[justmeheere]

Yeah, I - it helps when, um. [He gestures vaguely at their surroundings.] I think, uh. Too much about, about our situation.

Hopefully the tea helps with that as well.

[She smiles.]

I'm going to go see if there's a punching bag anywhere. If you want to learn how to throw a punch come find me later, okay?

Y-yeah.

[It's gonna help for like two days and then everything goes to shit. Thanks, mom.]

There's, um. If you don't find one, in storage or wherever? There's some mannequins in, uh. The costume room? That might. Might be good for that.
