[ Why is it she keeps coming in here when there's violence happening. Riley's stood in the doorway, drawn in by the sound of punches, to make sure everything's okay. But. One of the particularly ferocious punches elicits a bit of a squeak of surprise out of her, and she takes a step back. ]

[redjoker]

[The mannequin wobbles, teetering dangerously close to falling over, before Jonny grabs it and straightens it out. He turns around to face her, folding his arms across his chest and leaning lightly against the makeshift punching bag.]

You need something?

[ Riley's gaze is drawn to the mannequin almost falling, the wonder of what could do that. At that moment, she finds herself remembering the feeling of tearing something in two. It's...

Slightly agape, she snaps herself back. ] Um. No, not really? I was just curious. About what you were doing.

[redjoker]

Blowing off some steam. [He delivers a sharp elbow jab to the mannequin, muttering more to himself than her.] Haven't had a damn cigarette or a good fight in two weeks.

You wanna have a go?

What? [ Her voice has raised an octave. ] Ohh no no no, I... Sigyn only just taught me how to throw a punch yesterday.

[redjoker]

Good! That means I don't have to teach you how to not break your thumb. [He sidesteps behind the mannequin, bracing it by the shoulders to hold it in place.]

Come on, Riley, loosen up that hair bow. Throw a few gut punches.

[ Her hands raise in an innocent gesture. ]

I do not want to get myself a black eye.

[redjoker]

Bloody hell, Riley- it's not going to fight back. It hasn't even got arms. Not sure if it came like that or if Sigyn has more anger issues than she lets on.

Easiest fight you'll ever be in!

You're not going to...punch back? [ She sidles in, slowly. ]

What- no. I don't just go around punching teenage girls for fun, Riley. [He pats the mannequin on the chest, inviting her to throw a punch.] Hardly any fun in it. You're all basically just made of pipe cleaners and thinly repressed anger.

[ There's a quick pout. ]

Hey. I'm a lot more sturdy than you'd think. I just thought you wanted a fight yourself. Not just to watch one.
