[The Opera House is quiet on Friday, just as it was quiet last Friday. There's no immediate smell of blood the air and most everyone was pretty blase about the motive earlier in the week this might just be a deathless week.

The only way to know for sure is to investigate.]

Quietly, she gathers up the pieces of the quilts, but before she actually leaves with them, she looks around more. Is there anything else? The mirror, trunk, under the bed?]

[No, nothing about those. But it might be worth taking a peek at the nearly completed quilt patch.]

[Since she is about to take everything, she can certainly look at it. A look in order to try and figure out how the heck she's going to do this, since, uh, who does the guitar even represent?...]

[The nearly completed patch is a neatly embroidered pair of silver candlesticks with a black border around the edge of the patch. The border is about three quarters of the way finished, with the needle stuck into one corner with a small amount of black embroidery thread threaded through the eye.]

[Black border, the color of death. She squeezes it slightly. So, the black border is for those who...who...

She takes a deep breath, looking around. Is...is there anything else?She...she has the feeling she needs to do a little more to prepare for the trial.]
