well this is a depressing excuse for a party
[Mid-day on Sunday, Heather goes around and slips notes under dressing room doors.
If you don't want to be alone today, there will be snacks and people in the Ballroom today
--Heather
She's even dotted every i with a little heart! How cute.
The dining hall is a way better location for a party (or whatever this is) with its close proximity to the kitchen, and more intimate space- but Heather doesn't want to be anywhere near that place. Not for a while, at least. True to her word, Heather's brought snacks- finger sandwiches, a few bags of chips, and a big pitcher of lemonade. There isn't much else set up, but the piano is still there, should anyone want to play.]

He's mostly just going to nibble on some of the food here and look nervously at all the other people here. Hope you like the life of the party.]

[ Gotta watch out for those investments, right? Hans approaches Seymour carefully, waving at him somewhat shyly. Holy crap, he's not wearing gloves. I'm going to keep reiterating this. ]
Hello, Seymour.
[ That's his best sympathy voice, pls appreciate it. ]

Oh, hi, Hans.

How are you holding up?
no subject
Alright, I guess...
[Rubs at his eyes. He is definitely not holding up okay.]

[ Hans even—well, he hesitates since he's not wearing his gloves but he places a hand on Seymour's shoulder nonetheless. ]
Everyone was shaken after what happened yesterday.
no subject
[Wow Hans, so brave.]
I just... I just can't believe any of this is actually happening, you know?
no subject
[ Like, way less real. Appreciate this moment because the gloves will likely be back soon. ]
It was easier.
no subject
So much easier. I'm... I'm starting to worry that we're all going to die here now...
no subject
[ Of course, saying that and knowing what happens... isn't easier either. ]
It's too bad there isn't... some kind of punishment besides death, though. It all seems so extreme.

[Seriously Hans, he would die if someone yelled at him too loudly.]

In that case, you should try to avoid being out alone, or stay in groups. A killer can't overpower all of us, right?

[He's feeling a lot of bitterness towards, well, not exactly the Balladeer himself, but definitely this organization as a whole.]

Between this and the blue hair Seymour really wants to ask if Hime is human.]
I... I'm sorry I have never heard of those kinds of gods. Do you think they could even know where we are?
