What a night last night was! Dancing under the stars, romance, family...all the things a good school dance should stand for. Even with everyone being sick it could still, overall, be considered a hige success.

But on the subject of the sickness thats spread through the school...when people start to rouse from their dance-fuled exhaustion in the morning all the symptoms seem to be completely gone. Which should be good news but knowing what day it is.

What happened...?

[He's wrapped up the clothes for the trial, but before he picks up Bruiser, he will read the letters.]

[It looks like these are Eurydice's inventories from last week. Mostly, they just describe all the food available in the kitchen and their increases and decreases. Occasionally, though, he’ll see that she’s written other notes. A few say:]

- S could lose his home watch out for him no one should go through that. watch out for F too
- P knows what she’s doing
- DON’T GO OUTSIDE NOT IN THE COLD
- i won’t lose him
- call him antonio. trustworthy
- kitchen is this way
- forget about the mirror
- i called her a sister is that weird i don’t think it was wrong though
- BACKPACKS KEEP STOCKED
- dark in here need candles
- keep them safe

[Each line, Angus reads carefully for any clues as to what happened. Eurydice was so diligent in her word, ensuring that everything was in its place, but these notes, bring back all of the memories. Spongebob, Farrah, Peregrine, Salieri. All dear friends.

The last three lines, however...] Safe from what?

[They also go into his backpack. Nothing looks good now. And unless there is anything else in the trunk, he'll check on Bruiser and carry him to the auditorium.]

[There's nothing else hanging out of the trunk but it is notable that there is dried blood on the outside of the trunk and a bit on the lid as well, right on the lip where it opens.]
