[ When Discord gets free, Orpheus feels a surge of wild and irrational hope, whooping with something like triumph and clinging to Eurydice as he watches him hijack the song. There's no way he could've predicted just what Discord was going to do, though, and when the explosions start Orpheus turns to shield his wife from the blasts. He'll think, later, that this was probably the only way it could have gone, that if Discord had tried to escape instead he would have failed, and without being able to strike a blow like this to the Wizard. But for now it feels like losing him again, and it's all he can do to try to herd Eurydice to the doors before the fire spreads. ]
