There's nothing immediately off in the hallway outside your dorms, or in the dorms themselves - save, perhaps, that not everyone is there. That's not so weird. But maybe you should just do a quick walk-through to make sure everything is good.]

[LSP might not be the most observant person but since she's sniffing around the stake she's very likely to find little plastic beads scattered around the base.]

[All the non-costuming beads in the school are roughly the same kind but yeah, they might be! It looks like they're almost all black with a few blue ones.]

[There is!! It's hard to see against the dirt but by the stake base is a black cord made of woven together black thread, snapped in half. If she picks it up she'll see there's a little knot tied in the middle.]
