Classmates in the bathroom, classmates in the bathroom at a...meeting??
[it’s cramped in here, and isn’t the best place for a meeting, but when you have to make do, you have to make do. Once everyone’s there, Salieri will pull over a chair that he brought in and situated next to the sink, and use it as a hand hold to stand on it, before lifting a hand for attention]
Everyone, if I might have your attention, please!
[it’s loud enough to get everyone’s attention--louder than he’s spoken (except to yell at Discord lol) in quite a while. Once he has quiet, though, he’ll begin:]
Thank you all for coming. Now, I’m sure we’re all rather disturbed by what the Wizard has attempted to taunt us with this week. However, we cannot give in to fear yet. There is still much of this place to be thoroughly explored, and it would be to our benefit to once again try to organize ourselves and create not only emergency supplies for everyone here, but explore every nook and cranny of this school and outside of it and gather as much information as we can to make our escape.
((BIG OOC NAVIGATION))
||Part of the Meeting||places to|volunteer if| applicable||
((FINAL OOC NOTE: The actual emergency backpacks/rations/medical kits creations can all be hand-waved or mentioned in top levels as people want.Once the volunteer groups are set, I'll make a spreadsheet of who's exploring what and everyone can figure out when they want to toplvl for that with their groups. HERE IS THE PRELIMINARY SPREADSHEET There's still a lot of places to be explored, so feel free to still grab one or more!))

GENERAL MEETING CHATTER
no subject
[Farrah slumps at this meeting. Unlike last time, she’s less bold. But she doesn’t seem right either. In fact— somethings very wrong. She begins to sing.]
This is life or death
I can’t even
What is breath.
Dad I’m really scared.
Because I’m
Actually dead.
[It’s sung in an eerie, hopeless melody, devoid of the usual passion her singing holds. When she sings the part about being scared, her eyes do flutter to try and make contact with Salieri, but for the most part, Farrah’s gaze is unfocused, her body swaying gently with her own song. She even ends it with some creepy humming for good measure.
She doesn’t think she cares enough about herself to give up the lives of everyone else. But... She’s also gotten a taste of life, here.
She doesn’t want to sit back and watch life go by.]
Would I—- Could I?

Farrah--Farrah, look at me. Look at me, ma fille--what are you talking about?
cw: cancer mention
I want to claw my way back in time
I wouldn't ever cheer, I wouldn't try
I'd just join the chess club or ballet
And have a better definition of a bad day
I'm sorry I was reckless
I'm sorry I got drunk
I'm sorry about the Wizard
The Wizard fuckin sucks
And I'm just like oh my god, I can't do this forever

[The Balladeer's quick to approach when he hears this as well, moving to stand with Salieri and reaching out to try and put a hand on her shoulder. He hates to hear such frantic songs - but especially, he thinks, from her.]
You're not dead anymore. You're here with us now. You don't - you don't have to go back there.
[He thinks? He hopes.]
Take a moment, remind yourself
To take a moment and find yourself.
Take a moment and ask yourself
If this is how you fall apart.
But it's not, but it's not, but it's not, but it's not, but it's not
It's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay.

[She is putting it out there.]
We'd just have to, like, specifically wish to not come back as zombies, zombies are super gross.

He's backed himself up against a wall near the door, his arms crossed over his chest, watching the meeting with sleepless eyes.]
...Mr. Balladeer and I discussed the possibility of a partner system, a couple weeks ago. After the first trial.
[Bringing it up will make it harder for him to succumb to temptation. Him or anyone else. He presses on.]
If everyone has one person they're required to account for at all times, it may be harder for someone to... [His grip tightens on his sleeves.] ...take advantage.
Setting up a curfew, especially on Thursday nights, might also be beneficial.

I agree. Both of these ideas are sound. I can certainly take down a list--how should we go about picking partners?
