Week Four
[Last week, Gershwin High School Academy University saw its very first intentional murder! What a milestone! And right after Spongebob's No Murder party, too - that doesn't seem like it bodes very well for anybody's future.
You all wake up this morning with yet another new memory returned to you. You'll also find that the school's external doors have now unlocked. Congratulations! You're free! Unfortunately, you also seem to be entirely in the middle of nowhere. So maybe it's more of a symbolic victory.
Still, you should look around and do some investigation! Maybe you'll find a fun surprise.]

"Boy, what do you care? You'll find another muse somewhere."
"Where is she?"
"Why d'you wanna know?"
"Wherever she is, is where I'll go!"
"And what if I said she's down below?"
"Down below?"
"Down below. Six feet under the ground below. She called your name before she went, but... I guess you weren't listening."
Orpheus wakes up slowly, Sunday morning, the sun already high in the sky as he blinks blearily into consciousness. He feels absolutely exhausted, like he just spent days without sleeping or eating, putting one foot in front of the other in search of something - someone much more important than all of that. He just lies there for a long, long time, feeling aches and pains and bone-deep tiredness that only abates when he finally realizes where he is. Those in Rodger's dorm will be treated to him springing out of bed much later than usual, frantic and afraid. ]
Eurydice!
[ And he'll barge into Longacre looking for her, though when it becomes apparent she's not there he'll immediately run back out if not interrupted. He does find her after some scrambling around, and spends most of the day outside with her before returning to the kitchen to do inventory. Things have restocked, thankfully - including all the fresh fruit he converted into preserves, so that's exciting. He does still seem more than a little out of sorts, though, as he tries to sort through their supplies and think through the implications of what he's just remembered at the same time. The observant might notice he's counted the same bag of flour three times, and is on the verge of counting it a fourth, his mind clearly elsewhere.]
Longacre
Oh my God, you can’t just barge into a girls room like that!

She was here a little bit ago—- why?

I just - I remembered more things, and I'm worried about what she might have remembered, and I have to talk to her.
[ He almost bolts back out of the room at that, but then he remembers - ] Are you - how are you doing, though? After everything.

After you’ve made sure she’s okay, could you maybe meet me in the Band Room?

It's some nebulous amount of time later, when he shows up in the Band Room, still looking sort of dazed and confused but no longer in such a frantic rush. There's grass stains on his nice white jacket and red pants, but that's fine, they were already covered in paint anyway. ]
Farrah?

Orpheus! You know music, right?
no subject
I like to think I'm good at it! [ he says, brightly. ] Are you trying to learn to play?
no subject
I’m not normally... the kind of girl who tries something new. But while I’m here, why not?

[ They do seem to have a lot of free time, here. Orpheus will walk over and gesture to the piano bench. ]
Can I sit with you? I can teach you some of what I know.
