[Last week, Gershwin High School Academy University saw its very first intentional murder! What a milestone! And right after Spongebob's No Murder party, too - that doesn't seem like it bodes very well for anybody's future.

You all wake up this morning with yet another new memory returned to you. You'll also find that the school's external doors have now unlocked. Congratulations! You're free! Unfortunately, you also seem to be entirely in the middle of nowhere. So maybe it's more of a symbolic victory.

When she catches his eye, she jerks her gaze back to the screen, trying to keep things steady and unreadable—- but she’s definitely upset. The fact that she’s trying to keep cool just proves that she’s upset. And for a moment, when the other girl bends over Farrah, Farrah’s throat emits an awful sound.]

God. They’d have suspended me— Olympic Chess can do no wrong, even if she can’t pass a drug test. [She sighs, dropping the phone onto her lap.]

My, my, and still not tired of it? You and Salieri should talk about extremely healthy obsessions sometimes, you have so much in common.

Hey. [She strikes a stern expression, and points a finger at him.]

Be nice, about him. He's going through some shit. [Then-- looking back down at the phone.]

But, yeah, my thing is probably a little fucked up.

Oh, he's always going through something, and I'm always giving him a hard time over it. I think he'd be more concerned if I stopped.

I wasn't going to put it that way, but. Probably. But at least you're self aware. I believe that's an important first step or something like that.

Just don't make him sad, or I'm going to have to take your trophy back.

[Farrah shrugs.] Yeah. There have been a lot of first steps lately. Which is weird, because you think those would come before death, but whatever.

Yeah. A second chance. That's... a pretty good way to frame it.

I'm no stranger to second chances myself, as it so happens. And you're already handling it better than I did, so, you have that going for you.
