Typically I go through...five different exercises per main circuit: One for stability, one for cardio, one for general strength, one for flexibility, and one for ab development. Then, after a break, I...shake it up. Training weights. Planking, box exercises. [ There are, for the record, like a bunch of training weights off to the side. ] Today, I'm...supplementing that with continual cardio, since...I've been slacking...lately.
