[A new day comes and with it-- new determination and energy. She needs to find a way out--]
...well, I can't very well think of leaving on an empty stomach. Perhaps I'll just pay a little visit to the kitchens first.
["Little" indeed. While she's there, it's easy to watch her dig through every nook and cranny of the kitchen. Whether she's just curious or she's looking for something... she certainly is making a mess of things. However--]
Oh! Here... just as I'd hoped. Recipes.
[She has a date with some bread. If she can actually make it.
Once she's filled her stomach though... well, she's not any closer to freedom. As exciting as another adventure sounds, she's also starting to feel a bit worried. Was her family alright? Would she make it back? Although they were just small thoughts nagging at the back of her mind, they were there all the same.
So she takes the coins she found to the Merchandise Booth where she receives a red poppy and a great collection of bobby pins.]
What a beautiful flower... and these pins-- it wouldn't hurt to keep them. Maybe when I go home, mother will do something new with my hair.
[She gets quiet, staring at them longingly and sings in a very small voice--]
♫ I wish... more than anything... more than life... I wish to go back to my village. Back to the woods, back to my grandmother Back to my village, back to my house... ♫
