[Seymour had suspected someone would die today but why Eliza?

He abandons his search in the bakery to go down to the library. But while he is getting used to the idea of death he doesn't get close enough to get a good look at Eliza's body.

She didn't deserve any of this.]

[Okay, so since the Balladeer gave the announcement that means that there's probably only two people dead. Yikes. But alright, let's investigate, that's better than thinking about it!!

So. The kitchen. That open cabinet is definitely something the Pirate King wants to get a closer look at. The cabinet door doesn't have anything weird or off about it, does it?]

[Billy staggers back a few steps, shoulders hitting the door. The scream bubbles out of him starting with a few aborted, strangled whimpers.

He won't stop Billy. He doesn't feel too well around being close to any dead bodies.]

All right. He'd told Winslow that he'd look Eliza over, and that's what he's going to do; he didn't know her as well as a lot of the others, so it's pretty easy to be clinical about it, even if the idea of killing women does not sit well with him in the least.

...He doesn't pity whomever has to check over the kid, because even if she was insane and tried to drown animals she was still a kid. But thinking about that is going to get ugly and he doesn't really want to deal with that right now, so that can all just...go away in favor of looking Eliza over.

We've verified that her shoulder was damp for some reason, and that the body itself is cold; she doesn't seem to have been overly distressed, either, given positioning, but it's always possible that she was moved. So, first and foremost - is there anything that's immediately off about the body? Any noticeable injuries, any defensive wounds, anything implying cause of death?]

[Not too far from the chairs, there's some broken pieces of ceramic scattered about on the floor. Might want to watch your step if you're going in for a closer look.]

Including her, technically. Or maybe not yet, since she can change her mind, right? But--ah, never mind.

After she's recovered from her other self's attempt, after she's finally left the library, she passes by Darla's room, then stops, then quietly goes back to the door. The...dead had clues in their rooms. At least Gabe did. Maybe...

She goes to open the door. Is there anything immediately out of place?]

[There is a good chance that he accidentally stepped on some of the ceramic. Sorry about that.

Um, okay, get a closer look at the ceramic? Can he tell what is used to be?]

[Billy is seemingly paralyzed, back flat to the wall, unable to take his eyes off of the dead body in the washing machine.]

[If he hung around this place a bit, he might recognize the pattern on the ceramic as belonging to a teapot. One that appeared to be much more intact before today, it seems.]

[The most obvious thing out of place is visible even before that. Darla's door is already open just a crack when Astarte approaches it.]
