[Last week, Gershwin High School Academy University saw its very first intentional murder! What a milestone! And right after Spongebob's No Murder party, too - that doesn't seem like it bodes very well for anybody's future.

You all wake up this morning with yet another new memory returned to you. You'll also find that the school's external doors have now unlocked. Congratulations! You're free! Unfortunately, you also seem to be entirely in the middle of nowhere. So maybe it's more of a symbolic victory.

Still, you should look around and do some investigation! Maybe you'll find a fun surprise.]

[The woods are unnaturally silent. This means any noise carries, even dampened by physical objects in the way, farther than it would if there was birdsong in the way.

Benjamin alerts to the soft sound of guitar music, and follows it carefully to its source.

He's struck by the scene he finds, reverent as if he'd stumbled into a church, and he tries to approach quietly, sitting down on the stone rim of the pool.]

I have a feeling there's a lot of things that are different in my universe.

It's mostly known as a nice beach-side town. Lots of good shopping and restaurants, nice relaxing beaches, stuff like that.

Dance Studio

[It isn't so unusual for Maya to not be by herself during her morning routine -- just dancing today, and just for a moment. She has many other things to take care of, after everything that happened the previous day.

She does stop short, though. She watches Rina's moves for a few moments, and when there's a lull, she claps very quietly. Golf clap.]

[And Angus? Are there young people like Varian out there who have been betrayed by him? What of the citizens of Dunkeld who wished they had been rescued by their brave prince? Did they hate him for losing the battle and fleeing?

He never had a chance to ask. It was always running forward, getting Zargothrax out of the picture as quickly as possible. When he turns around after returning to Fife, what will he see?]

...A bit of both, I guess? I know Varian-kun's I went more with what ones made me think of him... but I'm trying to lean mostly towards favorites.

[ She moves a bunch of her books out of her way and shows Elsa one completed bead lizard made of mainly red beads with yellow for the accent, and another incomplete one that seems to be the opposite. ]

These are ones I'm making for Orpheus-san and Eurydice-san for instance... I'm trying to make theirs match.

[Elle is a lot of weight, but on the plus side, it's Elle, and she's completely wrapped around him.

[Cassandra's in here for... It's hard to say why she's come this way. She's not completely certain herself. She was in her dorm, saw some... stuff, and now she's just. Moving about. Sooner or later, her feet bring her through the scene shop's doors.

Swords? Maybe she expects to find another prop sword. Yes, that's it.

She almost doesn't notice Varian is there. Watching him at work on something small and wooden for a full five seconds before... Well, something clicks.]

What are you working on?

[The shrill sound of air sucked in through her teeth.]


Well... It could be a whole lot worse.

[Elle holds on as tight as she can without hurting Angus. It's not like she's afraid of heights, but piggybacking up a wall is enough to make her more than a little nervous.

Still, she trusts Angus. If he says he can do it, then he can.

She's just not going to look down.

When they get to the top Elle dismounts as gracefully as possible.]

So would that mean that he wishes that we believed we were in Oz, just as the Phantom wanted us to believe we were in the opera house from the tale. Of course! [she'll get a wider smile from him at that, excited by her own excitement] We could get lights set up there again, I'm sure. And I don't know if there's a way for you to play music, but if needed, I could certainly play the piano if you give me the chords.

[Salieri leans forward just a bit] After all, I shouldn't be the only composer to get to show off their work, right? [he gives her a wink, then, conspiratorial]
