[Last week, Gershwin High School Academy University saw its very first intentional murder! What a milestone! And right after Spongebob's No Murder party, too - that doesn't seem like it bodes very well for anybody's future.

You all wake up this morning with yet another new memory returned to you. You'll also find that the school's external doors have now unlocked. Congratulations! You're free! Unfortunately, you also seem to be entirely in the middle of nowhere. So maybe it's more of a symbolic victory.

Still, you should look around and do some investigation! Maybe you'll find a fun surprise.]

[ Orpheus thinks about how much to tell Benjamin, because as much as he wants to confide, it's Eurydice's business too, and he doesn't know how much she wants him to tell. So he sits there for a quiet moment, before saying, ]

I'm... going to have to do something impossible. To make things right. Even more impossible than fixing the seasons with a song. But I don't know what else to do. There's nothing else to do, but try.

[What was someone thinking, bringing a character like that into a thing like this?]

[The Balladeer's lips quirk sadly, though Benjamin has turned away. The Balladeer doesn't follow suit; he keeps watching his friend.]

I haven't forgotten waking up to those mannequins.

[he shakes his head immediately in the negative]

[that'll earn him a small huff, a disguised chuckle]

Very well. Keep your secrets. [well the sandwiches are on the tray, what about the tea?]

Ah. [he's quiet for a moment as he pours the tea to steep]

I...have no idea how we are receiving our memories, but I imagine it's as much controlled by the Wizard as those pictures are.

[Salieri pauses to consider that, quietly]

You'd like to find her, I assume.

[violentenvies]

Fifteen years...[that is so much time and it's absolutely horrifying to hear what his friend has gone through. And to not even know where his wife and daughter are--he can remember just short time ago, the joy in Benjamin's voice when he'd told him about his daughter. That he was a father.]

Are you...do you have the ability to go looking for them?

[violentenvies]

[he'll come back with tea for both of them, moving to set them on the table before sitting down next to her]

There, now...that should help.

Perhaps I'll lock them into my locker. That way they're completely inaccessible.

[Salieri rolls his eyes a bit]

I'm just waiting for him to sneak up on me one day once we get out of here and scare the living daylights out of me. [dryly]

[that makes him chuckle] I would expect nothing else.

[he pauses, for a moment, considering]

...additionally, I'd like to talk to you about the meeting.

[Oh. Shit.

We have a few options here.

1) Stop, drop everything, run.
2) Pretend we don’t know what’s going on.
3) Talk to him like a grownup.]

Oh, yeah? What about it? [Tossing her braids back casually. Yeah, okay. Option 2.]

So...it could just be...deceptive. Trying to trick us.

[ But it was so cold. The longer she sits with it, the longer the hope she had in the dream fades. ]

He stays there, waiting. Hoping that things will be better.]
