A) Open to Broadhurst, first to Salieri then to others because yall filthy enablers
[It's funny. When you work all hours of the night on projects like Varian does, it's more commonplace to wake up in someplace that isn't his own bed. It's just...you know. Usually still in his actual lab, sitting up at a desk face down in something he was tinkering with. Waking up in bed is a welcome rarity, then, except...this sure isn't his bed.
And this sure isn't his room.
Unfortunately for the other members of Broadhurst, Varian can be...a little jumpy. He's not one to accept oddities with quiet confusion, even if it seems like he should be dreaming right now. So no...what ends up happening is he startles awake, and because he has no actual spacial awareness yet for where he is or how large this bed is, he's going to slip right off the edge with a startled sound.
Even MORE unfortunately, Varian was near the ceiling when he woke up. The good news is he doesn't fall and break his neck because that wouldn't be fun, but that doesn't mean it feels good to roll out of bed and not immediately find the floor with an embarrassing but easily taken thud. He's fine, he's tough and actually caught himself partway so he doesn't like land in a way that could really hurt him but still fucking ow.
Probably because he didn't land on the floor. He landed on the bottom bed...and also the person in said bed.
There's no doubt going to be hella commotion in a minute here.]
B) Yearbook
[Varian will get to the rules- oh don't worry, he'll get to them- but right now it's this whole...yearbook thing that really has him bothered. All of the pictures of people, including himself, along with information that nobody should rightfully know. It's something that sort of goes a few steps beyond a simple kidnapping.
The quote under his name...makes no sense. The mention of the Flynn shrine is creepy, but the title...]
