[The hooves seem...well, not clean-clean, probably; it is a horf. But they don't seem bloody or anything either.

Neither does that suspiciously clean area on the floor!]

Any sign where what's been cleaned up has gone? Little dropped bits or things buried under other things?]

[We're talking deliberately washed! There's no sign of anything left behind, it's pretty thorough.]

Anything else amiss? Water droplets that might tell him where the water came from or anything? He'll start backing his way out to check]

[Nope! Seems like it's had plenty of time to dry, or else there just weren't any to start.

If you back out and look around, though, it seems like the tools that are normally out here are all missing.]

[He'll go look at some of the tool racks. Any kind of. Drag marks? That's a lot for one person to carry, maybe someone left a trail]

There's no trail, but it looks like something else has been left here instead! It's a bunch of engraving tools!]

Engraving like for stones and such? Have they been used on anything recently? Any neat dust?]
